Yeah, that is truly amazing. I love to use effects at part of sound design and composition, usually having a Zoom box for each synth in a jam - the result is that I by now have three MS-70CDRs and one MS-50G 😅. Only one of the pedals was bought new. The others were bought used, at USD 20 to USD 80. These Zoom pedals are incredible value for money. And the MicroFreak - I don’t know of any other synth with that much sonic variety and sheer joy built in 🎹🎛️🎶
I was listening to a lot of Max Corbacho and Thom Brennan lately and felt right at home here. Absolutely amazing jam. I'm deeply moved by the beauty you created. Also, I happen to have ordered a Microfreak and a MS-70 yesterday, before even knowing your channel. Now I'm more than stoked to get my hands dirty as soon as it arrives.
I just found this today, and really like what I hear. It is so awesome! I just got my MicroFreak, so I’m learning a lot about the synth. I look forward to the upcoming sound bank and effects settings! Thank you in advance 😊
Incredible sound!.... I have the MicroFreak and the Ms-70CDR (plus the Digitakt, Digitone and the GR-1 from Tasty Chips), and I absolutely can't wait for you to release that presets pack... Please don't make us wait too long 🙂
Your videos inspired me to buy both a microfreak (my first hardware synth) and a multistomp. Love the uploads and the videos explaining what you're doing. You're a legend :)
Fant kanalen din i går, blitt litt hekta.. Utrolig inspirerende å se hva du får til med så lite. Fikk min microfreak for to dager siden, og din kanal er et funn for min reise inn i Synth verden! Takk!
Amazing performance... wow... I need assistance with setting up my audio connections. What type of cables should I use to connect the MS-70 to the MicroFreak synthesizer? Additionally, how can I merge the stereo outputs of the MS-70 into a single input on my interface? Is this possible?
Thank you for listening :-). You need a 6.5 mm (the standard jack size, not the mini) mono jack to mono jack to connect the MicroFreak to the Zoom. As for what you need to connect the Zoom to your interface, that depends on what kind of interface you have. If you just want a mono signal into your interface, you can probably use the same cable I mentioned above.
I have an Avalanche Run by Earthquaker and a Bitcrusher I got used for very good prices used, and was curious if you thought this Zoom Pedal is worth it, I get some wild stuff out of those 2 pedals combined, but everyone who owns a Microfreak seems to love this Zoom MS-70CDR!
Can we just pause for a moment and consider that basically for $400 + $150 you can have these sounds? Extraordinary.

Cool. Welcome to the MicroFreak and MS-70 club :-) 🎹🎛️🎶
It all seems so easy, yet you have a big load of knowledge and experience which is put into these patches. Very nice to listen to.
Thanks 😀. It’s been great picking up my MicroFreak again after some time spent in Wavestate-land 🎶

Cool. The MicroFreak is a synth that keeps on giving :-).
I just tried your Polaris Jam setup yesterday. It is great! Thank you so much for this.
Cool that worked out for you 😀. Glad you liked it 🎛️🎹🎶

Thanks 😊. The preset pack is very close to done. Just working on the sound demos and final touches 🎛️🎶
Get to work. All that gear
I’m another M.F. + ZOOM, lover.
Like what you did here.
Best wishes for your continued success/fun with music ❤
That really is epic, well done. Makes the Microfreak sound multitimbral. Amazing work. And such a great compact and inexpensive setup
A seriously beautiful piece of work Wave !
You know your stuff, brilliant presentation
Thanks a lot 😊. These are fun devices to jam with 🎶

I’m very happy that you were inspired by my videos. Keep twisting knobs 🎛️🎶

Very nice with minimal - but great - gear! 🔥
Thanks 😊. Glad you liked it 🎶
This is very interesting......I LIKE!!!!!!!!😇
Thanks, Paul - Cheers 😊
How did you project the Microfreak LED screen onto the surface next to it? That's awesome
Nice! reminds me of on land.
På Tjøme :-) med sjøkart. . .flott lyd og stemning :-) Utrolig hva du får til med en sånn liten synth :-)
Takk 😀. Jeg er helt hekta på MicroFreak’en. Morsomt å utforske begrensningene som ligger i et minimalt oppsett.
Amazing performance... wow...
