Yo the internet archive has been hacked today, you cannot acess the bin file, the launcher is still out there as a different website, (I don’t know if it’s for mobile, because I did so on a pc).
@@HAHAHAHA-n9v yes you can get debug mode but it is in a different way. There are achievements you can get and depending on how much you complete you unlock things including debug mode.

How do you download the link bro what did you click?
When you search sonic 3 bin it says link download highlighted in blue then hit download
You might have to scroll down a little bit
