Love seeing how everything turned out for the families in your save file. I never played as in depth with the pre-mades because I was a dumb kid when I played S2 but now I wish I had played them a little more.
That was me the first time round, ignoring pre-mades and making all my friends from school to live in a house together 😂

I love that you have the elders watch over/raise the grandkids. Reminds me of my own childhood with my grandma 🥺
I love keeping the grandparents around, it's so nice to let them be involved with their grandkids ♥
I'm strangely glad that Don had three wonderful daughters and was a good father.
It's why I have such a soft spot for him! He's got his heartbreaker reputation, but my Don was such a softie 😂

What a wonderful family, really love to see how things have gone for Don and his legacy. His great grandchildren are so adorable as they run around and play throughout the house. Really loved seeing the dance studio, it looks great! That's a really nice business to have, and it seems to suit Isabel perfectly. Definitely looking forward to seeing where the Pleasant family ended up :)

I always come back to the Brokes, they're my favourite starting family (I remember the first time I played having NO idea Brandi starts off pregnant 🤣) and they're just a great mix of bad decisions and wholesomeness
@@Katie_Catastrophe they are very wholesome. Every time I load them up Dustin is such a good brother to Beau and the baby Broke. Always reading to them and playing with them. He once rolled wants to teach Beau how to use the potty and to talk. So I always make sure Dustin has a good and happy life.

Wow how incredible is this! What operating system do you currently use? I'm asking because I'm trying to make my the sims 2 work on my computer but it closes on its own. I think it's some incompatibility. I do not know what else to do 😢 sorry for my english 😁
Thank you so much! ❤️ I’m using Windows 10, I’ve heard that 11 works fine but I am always reluctant to put my sims at risk for Windows updates 😅 Have you used the Graphics Rules Maker? The main problem with modern systems and the Sims 2 is that the game doesn’t recognise the graphics card or that you have loads of RAM it could use, so it crashes x
If it’s crashing on startup with no error message it could be as simple as bloated cache files. In your documents/sims2 folder there is a groups cache and accessories cache. If you delete these your game might start up again (they will regenerate, so you might have to delete by them every time). You can also make empty, read-only versions of them which is too hard to explain here but if you google, places like the community pages of Mod the Sims will have instructions, and other advice on help with your game crashing if it’s a different reason. Good luck :)

Yes, it's a mod by SimWardrobe - they're gone now but you can find their downloads in a file someone reuploaded. It's called the Weather and Season controller I think! You can do it with the weather controller aspiration reward too, which I used to do before I had the mod, but if your sims aspiration isn't high enough they can't buy it, or could summon meteors down on themselves...
Your sims looks great. How long did it take you to play a century?
Eight years in total, with extended age span and taking a long time off around 2016 ☺️
