RizenLink not they, he lived happily ever after for eleven days, the princess however played mommy n daddy with jaafar without him for sometime hahahaha
This game is pretty epic, was part of my childhood, when he was playing my first computer, great to see this game after almost 10 years, congratulations and thank you for bringing this game to youtube, I left my like and added to my favorites
Yeah that's a good level. 'The Fat One' as me and my bro's used to call him was always fun to practice my advanced sword fighting ('Fat One Tactics') with lol.
This is simply awesome!!!!!! This is exactly what i needed to see, all the levels in one speed......thank u for posting! Excellent job! I wish playing this game was this fast too....Melody
So excited to see this video clip, I have played and finished this game in one week 20 years ago and I have explored all the map at my age of 14. That was such a great game that I played it on my first PC- IBM 286, so much fun, so much memories. Thank you for sharing
I remember the night we finished this game "and by we I mean my sister while me and my brother watching" we stayed almost to dawn and it was really tense. Anyways...25 years later I found out I can actually save the game and it does have a menu with options and i can exit the game instead of restarting the computer
Props dude. haha. this was one of the sweetest games I ever played. Amazing how you did it in 1 life...I also love how u never bothered fighting unless there was one of those metal slicer things, in which case u would make it a point to have the opponent slain most gruesomely.hehe
Heavens man I never seen such a blazing through this game I played it and couldn't get past anything...and here you do it so flawlessly....I tip my hat to you for such a fine speedrun dude keep up the awesome job. ^_^
I have so many good memories from this game, having played it more than 20 years ago, during the first gulf war. I was a fourth grader, in Israel, and we got about 4 months with no school because of the war. This was one of my favorite passtimes back then. I don't remember whether I finished it "decently" or used the cheat codes. I do remember it was a lot of fun. Thanks for this cool video!
this game is one of the best I've ever played in my life I always get tired of playing nowadays games, but I'll never get tired of playing classics like this one. Your vid is going to help me to beat this game cause I never could... THANKS
omg this game was the first ever i played in my long gamer life. So happy to finally see the end of this game, i remember spending hours and hours playing this on my Amstrad, good job for this video it makes me nostalgic ;)
Great video! Prince of Persia is truly a classic. Wish i was that good! I remember playing it for the first time at a green-colored monitor from my uncle, who had a PC-XT! After that, i could play in colors at some 286´s and 386´s. That´s a real challenging game very well made and you have to get to know every inch of the stages for finishing it.
well done.. I remember at 1:56 The first time I played I was looking for a way to continue for quite some time till I realised you just have to jump to the right.. good old times
The mirrored self used to always kill me when he appeared in the second to last screen. I could never figure out what to do there. I, finally, gave up and started to have a life without ever knowing how it ended. I am SO frikken happy to have seen this video. Thanks.
WOW! thank you! This was the ONLY game i ever played and loved on my first computer in 1990. it was awesome. Played it out of a single floppy! i wold kill all guards and loved the it to bits. i have not played any other game ever. At 37 now your vid took me back into my upstate NY room down to the snow falling outside and books waiting for the test next day at school! boy those were the days.
I adored this game, played it when I was a student. Got nightmares from it in the weeks when I was preparing to travel from Europe to China overland via Iran. Travelled through the real Persia, thus making the link to the real world. Since then I have been traveling instead of playing computer games, but watching this brings back wonderful memories.
I started playing POP on an emulator just out of curiousity because I wanted to know how the game looked like but I never would have played it to the end to be honest. Thanks for posting this vid!!
You don't collect big lamp on 3rd flor. And let lives most of enemys. You're real prince. I'm not so gentle for them. Nice to look someone complette the game without cheat (just like me). I was wanted to play again, but great that I can just watch. It's bring me memories. Thx man.
Wow! you really have good command of the game. I remember playing endless hours back in the 90s on my old 486 pc. I never managed to complete it fully. Always ended at around the 9th or 10th level. You must have a good memory. Great Job!
Pretty impresive, What do you think is theoriticaly the best time with all the tricks and without messing around with potions you can do? I think 10-15 minuts.
I never managed to finish this game when I was 6 .) Than you very much for sharing this awesome game and play. No games as enjoyable as Prince of Persia exists today with millions of dollars budgets.
Помнится мое терпение в прохождении этой игры ограничивалось 3-4 уровнями, так как дальше я ничего не запомнил бы, а тут такое!!! WOW It is outstanding!
That was very impressive. I remember when I used to play this as a kid, I don't think I ever even got past the 4th level, and you make it look so easy.

Thanks for the video! I wanted to remind myself about a game I played about 15 years ago.
thanks for reminding us by those lovely free old days :) i loved that game soooooooo much.... i even call my mobile Prince of persia as blue tooth device till Today :)
i totally know what you mean. back in the day, i used to play starwing in super nintendo. i played on and on, and after a while, i had a feel for it as you said. it was pretty much second nature to me. i knew exactly where the enemies would come from, and i knew the controls so well that i could maneuver around almost effortlessly
Mate, that's the game of my childhood :)) nicely done here! Gratz! I remember spending long hours doing all that and getting killed numerious times... dunno why but the skeleton seemed a real danger back then, same as the fat guard not to say anything about Jaffar ;) Thanks for memories :)
I am confused. It sounds a bit like the security for PoP2 where u have to look in the manual for a symbol. There's nothing like that on this game. Can u be more specific? Is the version you're talking about on another platform?
OMG!!! I thought this didn't exist anymore!!! I used to sit on my Dads HUGE computer as a child and try and pass all the levels. But could never make it to level 2 because it asked you a question to do with the book you got with it, but i lost that along time ago. Does anyone else remember this as a child? Oh the memories :)
This game was so freakin' ridiculous! You had to memorize so much and do all the fights perfectly (and jumps) otherwise you had to restart if memory serves me correctly. Man, those old games were brutal. Still, picking up that sword and dueling "the purple guy" was so much fun :). I wondered what the toughest colour was, now I finally know: ORANGE!! Cool
sweet! there was a demo version of this game on an old pc in my previous school. hell of a lot of fun playing this along with other classics like bubble bobble
I know there were thousands, but for the games like this one it was a really big deal, especially for me! I was 13 when i first completed the game and i was like "I can die happy now"!
Okay. Known tricks. Level 1: two ways to skip the sword. the really fast way involves two perfectly times leaps. the other way is to lure him and go around. Level 3: leap over the skeleton, back off the ledge and grab. Level 4: you can trick the guard into advancing onto the swotch and skip the whole goig left bit entirely. Level 12: there is a warp trick. do a two tile running jump left and grab at the right spot to warp to the top! A true speed run will collect zero potions. :)
I just decided to reinstall Prince on my comp. Couldn't get it to work at all (even with DOSbox in windows) so I installed strangely lol, DOSbox on Ubuntu and it works fine there. I keep getting to level 8 and failing. Good to see what you did :P
2:52 ops lol XDDD I have this game when i was 8 I remember that beautifull years of my life ;D You're the best in this game :O Big respect xp 5/5 od course :)
I used to try to play this on my cousin's computer when I was really young. I couldn't get very far, but I remember thinking it was fun. :) Great speed run! Doesn't matter how old it is, it still looks very, very difficutl. :p
Cool man. I really enjoyed that. Used to play it on my PC when I was a kid. This brings back memories. When games used to be different and original and hard. Nowadays it's only what sells. :(
Wow..I and my father used to play this game 10-15 years ago...and we never finished it :) thanks for this great video, because now i know the end of the game, at last :)
Spectacular! I have played this game for many years and never finished him.

Мне было тяжело смотреть на это, представляю как тяжело было это сделать...
I have absolutely no idea how this video was in my suggestions but I'm glad it was. I haven't played this since I was a kid!
Much funnier with these sounds :D
yeah, all slaps and whistle sounds.. ^^
Heavens man I never seen such a blazing through this game I played it and couldn't get past anything...and here you do it so flawlessly....I tip my hat to you for such a fine speedrun dude keep up the awesome job. ^_^
Love the game, but I always wondered: How come the "Prince of Persia" is a blonde?
So it contrasts with the backgrounds
persians used to be blond before arabs mixed with them. they are from the aryan race
Colonialism.
And why he is wearing pajamas?

Thanks for the video. It is great. Prince of Persia is a brilliant game and one of my favourites.
I put this on repeat before going to bed, super soothing!
OH!! good memories!, I remember playing this game when I was young, thanks for the vid!
Princess: "Thanks for saving me"
Prince: "I didn't even need your mouse bitch"
The things you describe such as the time limit, puzzles, floor-hopping etc I always found fun and rewarding. each to their own.
I remember this game. Use to play it a lot. Brings back great memories. Thanks for uploading this.
Oh man, this is like, the cutest way to display a run for this game ever. Those squeaky sound effects. >u<
