❤I loved this immediately when it came out. I was not yet aware then how big an honour this was for the Ramones. I now realise that every hard rock band that came after Motorhead could only have dreamed about getting a tribute song from Lemmy. Lemmy, being the Metal-God he was , gave all the honours to this one band of four misfits from Queens who never immitated anybody else but created their own look and sound. He loved them because just like Motorhead they where authentic Rock'n'Roll. I miss both great bands.
Perhaps not quite imitated, though Lemmy was greatly inspired by the likes of Little Richard, Muddy Waters, The Beatles, Love Sculpture, MC5 and Jimi Hendrix.
A legendary band paying tribute to another legendary band......this is why I love rock and roll!!🤘 R.I.P. Philhty Animal Taylor, Wurzel, Fast Eddie and of course Lemmy!!
