    I saw them at the 100 club in London. I had no idea what to expect. They were so exciting. I loved them. Nearly 50 years later, it still exciting.

    In less than two years of career they shook UK as few other bands. Many critisized them but they were a fantastic trasgressive and wild band. Paul Cook drums are incredible as the rough voice of Rotten. Pure Energy, Wow

      That just about says it all: it did the same for me and still does! This is/was punk! The rest are just pale imitations...Lydon's rage & intensity combined with Steve Jones' wall of sound is a timeless reminder to just how powerful they were.

    I still remember seeing this clip for the first time on Countdown Australia. I was like, "WTF was that?!?". My initiation into the crazy, high energy world of Punk Rock, with so much more to come. 40 years later it remains my favourite era in rock music!

      13 when this exploded on to a very boring music scene. I'd go up the Kings Rd with my BF and we were the first to wear drain pipe trousers to our youth club( everyone else was still wearing flares). Brilliant memories and still got all my punk singles on vynal.

      When a band is that influential in the punk scene even existing it's never gonna be able to be irrelevant, I'm half as old as the band and can still credit punk to them, The Ramones & the work of Vivienne Westwood.
      I'll always have a soft spot for this track in particular.

    I love learning all the songs on my fender telecaster red it's a 66 fender telecaster and amp 40watt with pedals GX ZOOM box 1. I get all the chords and words from apps play store and I love being a one man band in my spare room also the neighbours sing along and yell more more

    This version is amazing love both guitar solos I'm a huge collector 250 items met John and Glen seen them six times on reunion john was on def 2 1988 very articulate as well they should a brief clip of this I heard full version on sex pistols 2002 box set never mind the clichés the sex pistols are the greatest
