How many sets of uper body lifts and how many sets of lower body lifts should I shoot for if I train judo 3x a week?

Hey shintaro I am thinking of starting judo and found a gym or two in my city. I would like to do private one on one sessions. Do you advise against this vs going to a class ? It seems like I'd learn a bit faster in privates. Thanks.
