@@JamieSlays ya I saw Josh mention that, I wonder what’ll happen with the other 2 loose singles that aren’t gonna be on this album, maybe they will make them bonus tracks or some shit or just release them after the album at some point. Anyway hopefully they get released at some point because the more Sylosis the better

@@JamieSlays when heavy is the crown released there was a statement from I assume Josh attached to it on nuclear blast website and it said heavy is the crown was the 1st in a trilogy of singles they have that won’t be on the upcoming album, sounds like Josh/the band just thought those singles didn’t really fit the album. So it’s seems they’re sitting on 2 more singles that wont be on the upcoming album, deadwood is on the album tho so it seems they’ve decided to drop the album before those other 2 non album singles. I initially thought deadwood was #2 of those 3 singles but Josh said on a stream that deadwood is on the album. Hopefully those 2 non album singles get released eventually after the album comes out, the more Sylosis the better.

Rare for a sylosis song to not be in E Standard
I think they ventured off from E standard. Lots of D standard and C# standard for the newer stuff. Even live I think Josh mentioned he plays it in Eb standard
Cycle of Suffering (the album) is all in D standard all of the singles since Heavy is the Crown have been in C# standard
They started out playing in B. So it's nice to see them going back lower and dirtier. C# is the perfect heavy and melodic balance.
