    Your doing rack pulls above the knees. Can you possibly make it sny easier on yourself. This is like doing a quarter squat. Sorry but you put the video out there.

      Glutes and hamstrings in that position with high reps. It feels great but do what’s best for u

      I disagree.. feel it all in my glutes and hamstrings and that is what I’m going for.. do what works best for you. 29 years of lifting and I still love doing these🏋️‍♀️
