Really good point about getting your own body to go through with the learning process by taking it slow. Giving your body time to digest new patterns really works. I might suck at something on day one but if i go through it slowly and absorb what is being asked of me then the next day usually is far easier and i am able to do the pattern. Rushing crap never works.
