    Wait what? Butter to flour 2 to 1? That can't be right....or...maybe it is?

      No, she means 1:2, not 2:1.

      In video there are clearly more butter then flour.

      Did you all ever figure it out? I did a batch 2:1 and when I pulled em out they were sitting in a pool of melted butter. I did cook em at a lower temp though.

      It’s twice amount of flour to amount of butter. So for a 8 oz package of butter you add 16 oz of flour. I also hear another ratio - 12 oz flour, 8 oz of butter, 4 oz of liquid. Liquid is always different though. Sometimes an ounce more sometimes less.
