In the US, we could all take a lesson from your lifestyle and not just feeding 16 children. You all have happy spirits and love each other as God intended.
There are a lot of big families in the US that are the same way.
I wish American grocery stores would take note and do their own version of “The Odd Bunch.” We have an incredible amount of food waste here because of imperfect produce. There may be some stores here that do it, but none in any of the places I’ve lived.
People that have high blood pressure always check the labels for the sodium amount and the serving size

I live in England and our school of broke up for the summer holidays mum always used to call it teachers rest mothers pest I've got no little ones now my granddaughter has a little girl love fran xxxx
That odd bunch is a great area to have in your grocery store! Get a really good deal on produce that just looks a bit different!
Its something that there has been a real push for here in Australia. Th ere was so much food waste because the big supermarkets wouldn't purchase anything that was the "wrong shape' size or colour". We had a show called "the war on waste" hosted by craig rucaslle ( doco style) in one of the episodes he approached big supermarkets coles and woolworths and a number of smaller ones to try and get an answer as to why they were letting all this food in Australia go to waste. Thats how the odd bunch came around i think.

We also use rissoles pressed out for burger patties, as mini meatloaves, and also cooked and then topped with pizza sauce and cheese and grilled.
do all the children living at home take turns going with you to do the shopping? I like that, it's nice to have the one-on-one company.

I dont know why you would shop in Woolworths when you can buy vegetables in a farmers market by the box much cheaper and a side of beef st the butcher would give you all the meat your family could eat.
Did you not see Jen went into the butcher ? and i am sure she knows about the markets for cheap veg and fruit this woulden't be her 1st rodeo on shopping for a large family .
This sounds like an odd question but how many Medicare cards do you keep in your purse? We have 2 but only a household of 8. I'm invisioning 3-4 cards but also when the eldest ones move our they go off your card yeah?
Personally I found it annoying that they can put more than 5 names per card.
I don't have a healthcare card so no idea how many names they can put on those.
