Nothing Else Matters is a metal song, but when played on a piano it sounds like a classical song! It's amazing how changing the instrument used to play the song can totally change the genre of a song.

I am a massive metal head and have always loved the piano side of metal tracks and have tried learning them myself but can't read sheet music so have had to try and learn by ear, you have shown how beautiful it can sound as just the piano only.

Mike Elliott 2nd that, i always had to wade thru the sheet music note by note just to memorize...then play by ear. hated trying to read music lol! & me too on the piano tracks....always wanted to add a ballerina doing a very slow pirouette to those haunting parts too......maybe it's not too late with all this neat technology...... but 'vk' is life changing lol!!!
Learn how to read sheet music, if you play piano it’s not terribly hard to follow. It’s also not super hard to learn it just takes practice!
ive searched far and wide on the internet - she is the absolute best at this bar none. theres plenty of talented people playing piano on youtube but her arrangements and unique ability to capture the feel of the song while still making it her own are unrivaled.

I've listened to so many of her videos. Each more amazing than the last. I sometimes wonder what it's like to so completely master an instrument that when she plays, there is no Vika and no piano. Rather, there is a single entity in perfect unity. There cannot be one without the other. At the end of many videos, she doesn't simply remove her hands from the keyboard. She does it slowly, almost painfully, as if amputating a part of her.
