On phones lower resolution works fine, hence phones would be more stable without loosing much of the quality. To be honest though nothing matches pc level of quality. So yeah enjoy genshin on PC. It looks beautiful. I use my ipad just for loot and stuff, long sessions on my PC. I know all can't afford things, not just financial restrictions but could be anything from space to... even parents 😂. But yeah 'it is what it is ' !!
If its Genshin in ipad 10th I recommend 60 fps with all medium settings instead If Ipad 9th it will be 60 fps medium render resolution and rest is low settings

The lights in my class are super bright and I have to adjust my angles often just to see what I'm reading/writing on the screen. It could be my eyes, but I think a brighter screen would still help. Also there is no mute switch. This might not be an issue for most people but for me, this being my first ipad and being an iphone user, I'm so used to having it there. Everyone can hear when I'm typing with it in the library (probably just me overthinking) but I'm sure I can adjust that in the settings. Just kinda inconvenient. Other than that, I really enjoy it overall

The A14 chip is downclocked by a little bit in the iPad 10th gen but you really can't notice it unless you're playing genshin or other high end games
