Very nicely made video, Initially I had booked a flat in keshav nagar mundhwa but due to no sheti no vikas my loan was turned down for lack of documents, so i went for a ride and like Moshi and booked a flat in 2016,the area is far developed, wide roads and good facilities around. I like moshi area and dudalgoan. The wide road connects Pune Airport.

some builders like VTB realities,vastu dreams and others are making people fool by making joint venture with land owners and later on land owners wont pay maintenance share which is causing lot of trouble to flat owners in such society. We suggest everyone via your platform that please go for standard renowned builders like rama group ,gk group. nice informative video ...keep doing also make some genuine efforts for new customers.
Jab PCMC me itne acchese development ho sakta hai fir PMC kyu nahi? Kahi na kahi local level corporators, MP, MLA’s jimmedar hai PMC ke durdasha ke liye. Especially eastern Pune has got worst leadership.
Pune me jagah kaha hai develop karne ke liye... PCMC ko develop kar paye q ki 90s tak bhi Nigdi, bhosari, ke aage pura farming tha, development ka scope tha.. Pune already developed tha aur scope nahi that future development ke liye

But at least jab aap naye areas develop karna chalu krte ho tab use planning ke sath develop karna chahiye. PCMC me planning ke sath development hua. Wahi PMC koi concrete plan nahi banaya development ke liye. Abhi bhi jo new villages merge huyr uske liye PMC ke pass concrete plan nahi. Whole city is spreading like amoeba.

Only good for people working in chakan midc but question is are those people have buying capacity for 40laks rupees flat with average salary of 20k per month , so no price appriciation in future as well.
@@vivekjadhav4984 you are right ... But bcz of organized construction and good infra / road .. living here is more worth than living in kharadi or Wakad ... In hybrid format IT people only have to bear traffic issue for 3 days in a week but remaining 4 days would be worth living here ...
What are good projects there for staying purpose. I have seen Yashda Supreme and splendid projects are also there how is there review.. what about water supply, electricity basic things etc..

But mai kuchh achha location search kar raha hoo rahne ke liye jise aane wale samay uski demand bhi achhi ho. Traveling ka koi issue nahi sirf rahne ke mutabik future appreciation aaye usse. If u can stretch ur budget. I would recommend hinjewadi. Growth here in moshi is still very slow comparatively . And ur daily commute is towards west side then travel time is also big concern here in moshi

Recently I bought a flat in Moshi. I thought it was a wrong decision as this place is not that much developed.
Can we buy flat here instead of punawale or Hinjewadi
