yeah. i think the teeth part is mainly just for contrast. yellow teeth with a skin color that looks similar for example, doesn’t look too great. that’s why a lot of cultures like white teeth. it’s also the same in the aspect of eye color (especially in countries where people have tan skin) or even hair color. contrasts just stand out and make a face look beautiful
