My robot fell apart at the last minute…

Over the course of two weeks, I take the base from my old self-balancing robot, and turn it into a wireless drivable droid demo for Maker Faire Orlando 2022!
There were definitely a few disasters along the way to getting it to that point, but the starting form of HB2-0 is taking shape.
This robot features a converted chromebox as a main computer and a Raspberry Pi Pico microcontroller for interfacing to electronics. I am currently designing fixes from my observations with taking this bot into the faire and testing it in a real enviroment.
