A key concept in naming the other person's emotion is phrasing it with an "out." "That seems difficult", "You seem upset", You seem angry". If you are wrong, this gives the other person permission to correct you. It also prevents "Don't tell me how I feel!" but if it happens, you can come back with "I didn't say you do feel that way, I said you seem to feel that way. Please tell me what I missed."
In this rapid change of the world if we have an empathy for other person and if we know that everybody is struggling with their lives then atleast we may help them. Yes or No Kara Ma'am...!

That's exactly right. If you're curious, ask questions and listen, you can understand what the other person is experiencing and help them if you can.
