Never easy to say goodbye to somewhere that provided shelter,warmth and happy days (maybe not all that happy but then, thats life)for the family but it's done its job and the family and ambitions are growing so more room is needed for that growth. Another family will get to appreciate the upgrades the Gants made as the Gants themselves move,temporarily, to the the next residence before the final(maybe?) big move 😊
Packing to move is a damn tough job, putting your hands on everything you own, you realize how much stuff you have. It'll be a bit sad to leave your little condo, you & Preston made it so lovely, the new owners are lucky. Much good luck finding your new home. Thanks for taking us along.

I love the setup of your temp new place. The fact that it has 3 bedroom is perfect. Would you ever consider buying that place since the location is great, it has the garage right there like your last place and it has a swimming pool close by and other amenities. I would love that kind of place. At least you are kind of away from that neighbour upstairs who was causing you and other residents nearby. Moving day can be hectic for adults however really fun for kids. 🥰💕💞💞

Her mortgage was around $6,000-$7,000 per month and it was not a fix mortgage. Her mortgage would continue to increase yearly.
