Pima County passed an ADU law in the last few years that allow them in backyards. Mine has been parked in 5 different mobile home parks here in Tucson with no issues.
These could be a life saver for a lot of people. I was seriously considering them, but finally I realized that having no choice but spray foam insulation is a deal breaker. It's deadly in a fire. You can't remove it, so if there's a leak or other repairs are needed, it's a nightmare. And the fumes are toxic for a few weeks after application, so you wouldn't want a unit that literally hot off the presses. I urge people to check out architect Belinda Carr's "Pros and Cons of Spray Foam Insulation" on youtube or anything else about it before you make a decision. I'm considering a tiny cabin company instead as they have a lot of options, and if you want more expensive insulation, or even no insulation, they'll do it. Why would someone want none, btw? Oh, for chicken houses and usages like that.
I’m not sure, but the Incred I box dose not have spray foam insulation, these are engineered steel, they are left over from doors that have had the center removed to put a window in, Randy has said it’s a closed cell insulation! Please go a watch as many videos as you can he talks about all of this! I do wish you luck on your purchase, I wish I was young enough to go Tiny!

Yes! And it's well insulated and easy to tow! That makes a big difference, esp to a nomad who could take it on the road all over the place.
