I’m so glad, you can be your true self and live your true path. I find that I can not share my personal spiritual experiences anymore…it’s anxiety inducing and also feels often wrong. I don’t make videos or anything like that but sometimes even wanting to comment under your or someone else’s videos with my personal experiences and I find I can not. When I was younger, teenager and in my early 20’s, I did share but often felt that when I shared my spiritual experiences it made them almost fade…hard to describe but I’m sure you would know what I mean. i love the idea of integrating the mudane with the magical. Such as doing my paperwork or certain daily tasks on honor of my deity as I know they want me to grow self care. This helps to take pressure off when I feel low energy and that my daily tasks can be magical .
Ohhhh I absolutely LOVED Mirth and Reverence's channel! I miss it. I also really resonated with what you said about not liking popular/"trendy" decks... I definitely struggled with continuing to use my Wild Unknown deck for a time 😅

Yes! Social media may not be the best for tight, right-hand social groups but media seems great for solitary practice as well as sharing ideas and energy exchange from a healthy distance with "sacred secrecy," as you so aptly call it.
I'm only 13 minutes in, but I wanted to say how much I appreciate your comment about sharing pictures of your altars/rituals/processes after they are taken done/over. I think that is a great way of preserving some secrecy in your path while still sharing reality. Thank you for sharing this idea.

I love your thoughts on the ethics involved and the research/common sense/critical thinking we should engage within ourselves in regards to our magical practice and also in regards to protecting ourselves from being taken advantage of. I think it would be great if we were all having some rigorous conversations about ethics and critical thinking and certain other foundational things (such as the concepts related to secrecy and importance of research) far less flashy than “the new thing I bought.” I had really never thought about the idea that reading people who were in a panic mode was high potential of taking advantage of being exploitive. I appreciate this insight.

Just after someone (you in this case) talks about how that type of marketing and commercial are damaging youtube sends me a perfect example of that type of sales pitch. And the timing couldn't be worse for the ones behind that commercial. It makes sense to me. Slowing down, sleep on it, wait and see if you still want to buy what ever you are offered at a later time. I'm no spiritual guide. I do resonate with the message you provide and find it helpful

I am the same way, in that I will not join another organized religious group. Tarot and individual spirituality has been sooo healing for me because I get to decide what I believe and be spiritual on my own. Please help. I'm struggling to find or associate with a masculine God deiity. I have lots of ideas with the female divine Goddesses both Greek and Egyptians Pantheon. I'm uncomfortable with Celtic and Nordic. I like the green man aspect and believe in all nature being divine from trees to animals and all elements. I first thought of using Pan but I'm not drawn to any masculine. Please advise?
You can disapprove someone else’s essence. And still continue on your own path. And recognizing that will make a world of a difference. Pursing our lips at someone else’s essence. Doesn’t necessarily mean we are better than. We all bring a different energy to the table.

I also took Reiki in person - I've not done my 3rd yet but I am so glad I did 1 and 2 in person with the same teacher and it was so powerful. 💯 percent about every practice being so unique and it feels so special to me to have my practice and I love that others have their own too. I was so close to not buying it because it was listed as an “Amazon best seller,” but I’m glad I did it was one of the best decisions of my life. I even feel a little bit vindicated about the deck when I see that all the people who bought it kinda changed their mind and decided it wasn’t for them, lol. Just the sense of… yeah this had mass appeal originally but it really is more of a niche, off the beaten path, unique deck after all. (And you rarely if ever see it on my chanel cuz it’s a deck for ME, my personal inner work and really really not a deck for “does he love me.”)
