This video made me think of when I first started watching you over 6 years ago; I was foundering in a sea of life and trauma after finally stepping away from Christianity. Your themes about personalized spirituality - about following what works for you and what feels valid, instead of walking lockstep in dogma - and your gentle energy are what drew me into paganism. I've been a pagan for 6 years now (does not feel like it's been that long lol), and I feel like I'm living my most authentic spiritual life, and that really started with you and your channel. I started on this a bit ago and i have found i was always pulled to the darker aspects since I was young before i even started my journey. I find that it's not for those who are fearful, it's about breaking the barriers associated to fear and self delusion. Wisdom and power must be held to the highest regard but knowing that the power not to excersize that power is where true strength lies. You cannot be on this path if you are not willing to allow your self and life to be burned up so you can rise again. It's definitely not easy but the infernal gnosis gained really freed you from your own limitations and no longer bound by suffering, pain, etc as you begin to see that truth is found in opposites and everything is of service to the self if one simply shifts their perspective and focus. The part i love is that it leads to authenticity and self acceptance fully in all aspects as a totality or absorption of all things rather than how the right fragments the self or denies themselves creating resistance and self imposed denial / bandage. Though I think it's important to know that it is dangerous more so if one does not have self control or understanding which leads to self destruction through various means such as obsessing with power, giving too fully to the self, identifying with a static identity, or being too gullible and relying to much on entities or beings outside yourself or not using discernment when working with them.

I'm still confused. I can't seem to put my finger on what differentiates the left-hand or dark path from any other alternative spiritual path, like paganism, or solitary witchcraft etc. Everything mentioned in this video (sovereignty, personal responsibility, working with different deities, and shadow work) belongs in those paths too. So what makes this path different?
I don't think there is a strict definition of the two paths, hence it might be hard to explain them very clearly? 🤔 I've done some research in the past and the definitions I appreciate go like this: the right hand path is focused on community, structure and light/good. Wicca can be an example, where they work in group settings, do specific spells, and have rules about not doing black magic or hexes. The left hand path is focused on the individual, no set structure, and non-duality. Non-duality meaning there really is no black vs white or bad vs good. One cannot exist without the other so they're equal and balanced despite it being hard for us humans to grasp that. Just my thoughts on this subject. 😊 I'm sure Raecine will share more wisdom on this in future videos.

This is my opinion, all be it an educated one. The right hand path is forming a direct relationship with GOD. The left is a relationship with the ruler of this world and working within the rules of the world such as karma in such a way as to get a material advance. RHP seek escape from the world. LHP seek continual rebirth in better and better conditions as they serve the ruler or administration of this world and are rewarded for that. But both paths lead back to the source eventually. Where they overlap is that both paths need your personality to be in order. You need to be self actualized and have your spiritual house in order before you even think of service to a deity. The left hand path does just as much meditation and fasting and self reflection and personality polishing. But in order to greater use that personality as a vehicle for luciferin light to shine through. Picture it like you're a window, it doesn't matter the colour of the light shining, it's not going to get through if your window pane is dirty. So first self actualise then you might be useful to Kal or to Jesus.
I don't really subscribe to any set label but I think I might lean more towards this path than many others. I've never appreciated the "dogma" regarding what is good and bad that I see in many groups and communities. I get so uncomfortable when people try to push their ethics down my throat, I'd rather ponder and feel into it myself...😊 Interesting series!
This is very interesting, Raecine. I've never considered myself as someone on a left-hand or Dark path but I do have elements of this in my personal spiritual practice. I am on a solitary path. I believe in personal responsibility for my actions and in my own sovereignty in making spiritual decisions for myself, with the help of reason and my guides. I believe that the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine have many different aspects, light, dark and in-between. Deity is complex and I don't feel capable, personally, of connecting to Source in just one aspect or one singular deity. My spiritual path is always evolving. At this moment, I would call myself an agnostic pagan with Buddhist leanings. (This makes perfect sense to me but probably not to anyone else). I realize that as my beliefs and values shift, so might my path and I strive to welcome those changes. Long story short, I can definitely identify with many aspects of what you explained here. I've been really chewing over this video and the comments and would like to add some thoughts if I may. As I said in an earlier comment I've been on this path for some time but I didn't put a name too it. I understand the confusion that can arise from the term 'left hand path' because i have witnessed this in my own experience. I think Racine is being as open as she can be and is, rather then spelling out the particulars of the path, pointing the way and if it rings true for you then you explore and make it your own. I think if you are following a solitary Wiccan path you are still working within a set structure but this is not so with the left hand path, unless of course you want it to be. So if Raccine (forgive me if I'm spelling your name wrong) is being somewhat reticent I can appreciate that. Anyway just some thoughts ♡

I think the left hand path is not for the excuse maker or finger pointing individual. "Will Is The Law" definitely applies to this path. I refused for a long long time that I was walking the left handed path. I called the path I was walking "being an owner." I refused to use words like satanism or luciferianists. Using the word owner has much more power backing it. I don't consider myself a satanist or luciferianists, due to it being considered a trend setting religion/ideologies for newer generations. Even if one says I agree with the satanic Tennants and that's why they follow satanism, is not an owner. It may be a left handed path, but it's not being an owner. Some may get angry and get defensive, and want to know then what does being an owner mean? You make up your own Tennants, who cares about someone else's Tennants. Very interesting perspective, I think when most people think of the left hand path they lucifianism and satanism. But it is so much more then that. I myself I have been drawn to this side of spirituality and like to work with Norse pantheon and deities such as Odin, Loki and hel and the Joton. The LHP isn't exclusive to just Luciferianism & goetia. It can be applied to many Pantheons outside of the Abrahamic paradigm. It's a framework that you can apply. Just about every Pantheon has concepts and deities that fall under the LHP. so does Draconian Tradition for that matter.

I've never been able to conceive of another path for myself. I was never indoctrinated into a shared belief system or social/familial communal identity. I've actually begun exploring working with others a bit recently, to see if that can add or strengthen my experience.

Or is it a more general approach to magick/spirituality that encompasses other approaches under its umbrella? Also, how is it different from an eclectic path? For example,I love tattoos,it's argueable if making tattoos are destroying or ornating your body,maybe a bit of both? But since there is pain involved,and you get an awesome art imrinted on you I feel like it counts as both destroying yourself while praising yourself. Now,if you're talking about drugs then it's the same thing,you get your satiafaction,that being your praise,but you are sure destroying yourself. I don't really recommend that though because you see,adiction leads to lost of freedom,and freedom is the biggest treasure one can have. If you're talking lewd things there is a lot of things,and I mean a LOT! But I shouldn't give you details on that since I don't want my comment to be shadow banned. One thing you must take in consideration is that sometimes is hard to control yourself on this path and you might damage yourself in ways that is not fun pain,just horrible pain 😅 My gf did something to me a little bit too much and me being reckless didn't knew how to take breaks,lets just say it was a lewd pratice,it has to do with both things you mentioned(worship and destruction) But I shouldn't let her do for 30 days straight,ended up with me need to take a 2 months break from that and terrible pains. I don't think there is a strict definition of the two paths, hence it might be hard to explain them very clearly? 🤔 I've done some research in the past and the definitions I appreciate go like this: the right hand path is focused on community, structure and light/good. Wicca can be an example, where they work in group settings, do specific spells, and have rules about not doing black magic or hexes. The left hand path is focused on the individual, no set structure, and non-duality. Non-duality meaning there really is no black vs white or bad vs good. One cannot exist without the other so they're equal and balanced despite it being hard for us humans to grasp that. Just my thoughts on this subject. 😊 I'm sure Raecine will share more wisdom on this in future videos.

This is my opinion, all be it an educated one. The right hand path is forming a direct relationship with GOD. The left is a relationship with the ruler of this world and working within the rules of the world such as karma in such a way as to get a material advance. RHP seek escape from the world. LHP seek continual rebirth in better and better conditions as they serve the ruler or administration of this world and are rewarded for that. But both paths lead back to the source eventually. Where they overlap is that both paths need your personality to be in order. You need to be self actualized and have your spiritual house in order before you even think of service to a deity. The left hand path does just as much meditation and fasting and self reflection and personality polishing. But in order to greater use that personality as a vehicle for luciferin light to shine through. Picture it like you're a window, it doesn't matter the colour of the light shining, it's not going to get through if your window pane is dirty. So first self actualise then you might be useful to Kal or to Jesus.
I don't really subscribe to any set label but I think I might lean more towards this path than many others. I've never appreciated the "dogma" regarding what is good and bad that I see in many groups and communities. I get so uncomfortable when people try to push their ethics down my throat, I'd rather ponder and feel into it myself...😊 Interesting series!

This is very interesting, Raecine. I've never considered myself as someone on a left-hand or Dark path but I do have elements of this in my personal spiritual practice. I am on a solitary path. I believe in personal responsibility for my actions and in my own sovereignty in making spiritual decisions for myself, with the help of reason and my guides. I believe that the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine have many different aspects, light, dark and in-between. Deity is complex and I don't feel capable, personally, of connecting to Source in just one aspect or one singular deity. My spiritual path is always evolving. At this moment, I would call myself an agnostic pagan with Buddhist leanings. (This makes perfect sense to me but probably not to anyone else). I realize that as my beliefs and values shift, so might my path and I strive to welcome those changes.
Long story short, I can definitely identify with many aspects of what you explained here. I wish you continued enlightenment on your journey and I'm grateful for these videos. Thank you!

I've been really chewing over this video and the comments and would like to add some thoughts if I may. As I said in an earlier comment I've been on this path for some time but I didn't put a name too it. I understand the confusion that can arise from the term 'left hand path' because i have witnessed this in my own experience. I think Racine is being as open as she can be and is, rather then spelling out the particulars of the path, pointing the way and if it rings true for you then you explore and make it your own. I think if you are following a solitary Wiccan path you are still working within a set structure but this is not so with the left hand path, unless of course you want it to be. I think the left hand path is not for the excuse maker or finger pointing individual. "Will Is The Law" definitely applies to this path. I refused for a long long time that I was walking the left handed path. I called the path I was walking "being an owner." I refused to use words like satanism or luciferianists. Using the word owner has much more power backing it. I don't consider myself a satanist or luciferianists, due to it being considered a trend setting religion/ideologies for newer generations. Even if one says I agree with the satanic Tennants and that's why they follow satanism, is not an owner. It may be a left handed path, but it's not being an owner. Very interesting perspective, I think when most people think of the left hand path they lucifianism and satanism. But it is so much more then that. I myself I have been drawn to this side of spirituality and like to work with Norse pantheon and deities such as Odin, Loki and hel and the Joton. The LHP isn't exclusive to just Luciferianism & goetia. It can be applied to many Pantheons outside of the Abrahamic paradigm. It's a framework that you can apply. Just about every Pantheon has concepts and deities that fall under the LHP.

I've never been able to conceive of another path for myself. I was never indoctrinated into a shared belief system or social/familial communal identity. I've actually begun exploring working with others a bit recently, to see if that can add or strengthen my experience.

On a serious note though maybe I can help being on this path for so long(I'm in my 30's now but have been in the left hand path since my 20's a decade has to count for something)
And well,it depends on what you consider to be destructive.
For example,I love tattoos,it's argueable if making tattoos are destroying or ornating your body,maybe a bit of both?
But since there is pain involved,and you get an awesome art imrinted on you I feel like it counts as both destroying yourself while praising yourself.
Now,if you're talking about drugs then it's the same thing,you get your satiafaction,that being your praise,but you are sure destroying yourself.
I don't really recommend that though because you see,adiction leads to lost of freedom,and freedom is the biggest treasure one can have.
If you're talking lewd things there is a lot of things,and I mean a LOT!
But I shouldn't give you details on that since I don't want my comment to be shadow banned.
One thing you must take in consideration is that sometimes is hard to control yourself on this path and you might damage yourself in ways that is not fun pain,just horrible pain 😅
My gf did something to me a little bit too much and me being reckless didn't knew how to take breaks,lets just say it was a lewd pratice,it has to do with both things you mentioned(worship and destruction)
But I shouldn't let her do for 30 days straight,ended up with me need to take a 2 months break from that and terrible pains.

Okay I’m probably going to sound so stupid for this since I’m just 13 years old, but I don’t know what I’m doing anymore. My mind doesn’t know what to do, I feel so at home learning about the left hand path. Yet I feel so bad about not constantly leaving offerings, doing witchcraft or trying to connect with a deity.
