At 4:21, regarding type of staple, 1in 18 GA staple, what's the width requirement? Called the store, got transfered around and no body knows the answer.
Hi Folks question in the sub base prep you state the bender board (2 by 2) should be placed 1/2 below and a 1/2 away from a restraint (such as a deck or existing walk way) so the excess after trimming can be tucked in for a clean edge. However in the truff installation portion the picture or graphic show the bender board and restraint at the same level prior to trimming and tucking. This is confusing. Which is correct ? Thanks
Hi Tracy - do you mean the installer didn't seam your grass sections together? If you'd be interested in having us take a look, just drop us a line at info@purchasegreen.com
Hey Jonathan - while not a method we employ, using pressure treated wood in place of sub-grade Bend-a-Board should be OK though we suspect it would be difficult to use for any edges other than straight edges.
We can ship to the Philippines, Faith, depending on the size of the order. If you're interested, send us a note at info@purchasegreen.com with details about what you'd like.

Without the business taking all the risk there would be no work. Is the installer taking on any risk that the company will be able to find and fund the jobs? The installer just shows up and gets paid. How is that the "most important"? I suggest you read the book "Basic Economics" by Thomas Sowell. So many of you have no clue how businesses function.
Thank you for the detailed DIY Demo. Much appreciate it. Cheers from Australia.
Hi Is the height of the bender board the same as the constructed edge. Thanks

Hey Bryce, thanks for the comment. A half-inch below and a half-inch away from the constructed edge(s) is correct.
