Bit of clarification, when I was researching what came first between the orange tree and the color orange-- it was once known as "The apple of the orange tree" effectively descripting a fruit bearing tree as having individual fruits which are called apples as a group. Due to language drift we now call them fruits instead of apples. So this entire line of thought is basically moot at this point. Apple's logo was depicted not only with a bite on the side, but also a phone fits in the negative space of the logo as was it's origin as a phone company.
As for original sin, my personal interpretation is that it's just the curse of knowledge of good and evil. Basically if you realize your own weaknesses you can use empathy to oppress or save other people.

Asmon is a very rare person, he's detached enough to not get invested and maintain a mostly neutral position while seeing both sides, but he's also not apathetic to the point where his opinion becomes irrelevant due to blatant lack of care.
He's walking a razor thin threat between cold detached observation and personal engagement with the discussion.
Being rational and understanding of both sides while not actively choosing neutrality is not fucking easy at all.

In a way we have always been devaluing the word and organization that is 'Nazi'. At one point in time Nazi was a bogeyman for a lot of people during WW2 and after. So we joked about it, and them, so we took that power away. I'm sure all of us remember nazi jokes and had our favorite gut busters when we were kids.
So between that and Neo-Nazi groups across the world (only referring to one's that self identify as such) its only natural that people took to word and stamp it on people they who say things far right leaning they don't like.

He's pretty good. It's definitely something I've noticed and appreciated. I do notice that he sometimes contradicts himself, I think that's because a lot of the time he sort of says stuff to just be a contrary position rather than having a consistent philosophy or thought process. You’re absolutely right in not considering Hitler a Christian. He definitely was not but people get confused because at times he invokes the legitimacy or authority of the heavens or god, and collaborated politically with the church and conservatives.
Hitler was not talking about the Christian god. He never talked about Jesus in any elaborate or complimentary way. To he contrary, he criticized Christianity more often than not. He had his own views on spirituality that were never really elaborated upon in too much detail. But it is well documented that, rather than having Christianity be the official religion of the nazis ideology, he wanted to fully replace Christianity with nazis ideology.
Hitler collaborated with the church and conservatives because they had common political rivals, such as socialists and liberals. But he was neither Christian nor conservative. The church and the conservatives were useful idiots that he used to gain political power and take out his left wing opposition. But he betrayed them later in his career. Funnily enough, he did the same with socialists against the right wing, but he betrayed the socialists much sooner. Both sides thought that Hitler was either their pawn or a genuine ally, but he was the real mastermind that used all of them for his gain.
