To be fair, in game I'm not a fan either, prefer an automatic of some sort. However I had to have at least one in my collection and like you say it looks good. However there are now about 2 or 3 more I want to add to the collection and again they will probably not see the game field, but you never know.
Im thinking about getting one for Christmas, will this work in the winter in ireland(more or less the same weather as the uk)? I don’t plan on using it outside of the garden but my green gas glocks work only in the summer. It’s mostly going to be a collector’s piece as i am a gun nut, but i do want to use it. Great video, thanks.👍
Hi. Yes the replica will work fine in the cold weather. It runs on Co2 rather than green gas which is less affected by the cold than green gas. I'm glad you enjoyed the video, hope you enjoy the replica.
There's no licence as such. Basically if your in the UK provided your over 18 then you can buy one of these in what is commonly called 2 tone. That means it will be partially painted in a bright non military colour to make it appear less realistic. However if you have a defence to own a realistic imitation firearm or RIF then you can have one like this. My defence is airsoft skirmishing, you can also be covered by reenactment or tv production, etc. Most retailers will require proof of your defence, the most common one for skirmishing being UKARA. Hope this helps.
How is the Black Ops Exterminator 8 inch steel BB revolver compared to this one? As both of these looks very much the same. I am thinking to buy the Black Ops because in my country Dan Wesson 8 inch steel BB version is not available. Kindly throw some light to this comparison.
Hi. Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately I've not had any experience with the black ops Exterminator or steel bb variants in general so I'm not much help there. Hopefully someone here will have a bit more information than me.
Hi. It would depend on your local laws. Here in the UK you can get one if your over 18. Without a defence such as UKARA it would be 2 toned. Hope this helps.
You can indeed and here's the link: www.patrolbase.co.uk/asg-dan-wesson-power-down-cartridge-25-shells www.bullseyecountrysport.co.uk/asg-dan-wesson-power-down-cartridge-25-shells-10074-p.asp Hope this helps
Hi. BB's shouldn't have a huge effect on the replicas power output. In joules that is, however heavier bb's will reduce the speed of the bb but impart more energy. So if you want faster fps you would be looking at light bb's. On the other hand I'd you want to increase the power of this replica you can use the full power shells which put it up to just shy of 500 fps. Hope this helps.
Standard 6mm bb's are fine. As always use a decent quality brand. Bio or non bio the choice is yours. I would recommend a minimum weight of .25. Hope this helps.
Hi. OK after doing a bit of searching around I have discovered a company name KY Airsoft. They have a selection of revolvers by umarex but not this Dan wesson one. However online opinion seems to be that they are a supplier in Korea. Having said that a lot have also said that evike can ship to you and they have this exact replica here: www.evike.com/products/35796/ I haven't used either company myself but so far this is what I have found. I hope this helps.
@@rockbottomairsoft Thank you Appreciate. I have one question bullet house? cartridge case? I know there are metal ones and rubber ones. Is there a difference in FPS?
It doesn't include 12g Co2 cartridges in the box unfortunately. You can get these at most fields and definitely at any airsoft retailer though. Hope this helps.
Great. I hope it does well for you. Never used mine in game but its certainly a nice looking replica. Keep meaning to try it out in the field and then end up taking something else as it looks to nice, one day🤣.
I'm afraid not. The case is available separately. They come pre cut for the Dan Wesson revolvers and are licensed. You can get one here: www.bullseyecountrysport.co.uk/dan-wesson-revolver-carry-case-18534-p.asp
My accent comes from Lancashire in the North of England but for many years I have been living and playing in the Scottish Highlands. My accent will probably never fade, hahaha.
Great vid bud, I'll be getting the 6 inch steel grey. Looks awesome.
Thanks mate. I'm glad you liked it. Hope you enjoy the replica.
Only 6 shots? You mean 6 kills
Hahahah, not with me. Couldn't hit a barn door at 6 paces.
Yea not real it got aim but it’s not great for a battel but a range it got power
Not really a fan of revolvers but this looks badass 👌🤘🏼

There are some good options these days as well. I hope you enjoy it when you get it.

Does most of them come with the plastic case ?
I'm afraid not. The case is a separate purchase but is also licensed and pre cut to fit the Dan Wesson replica revolvers.
Where did you get that case or does it come with it?
if your in the US, you can buy a case, but i believe it comes with one from the factory
Hi, sorry for the late reply. I had to buy the case separately. The replica comes in the standard cardboard box. This case I got from bullseye.
Hi, can I use biodegradable pellets with the 8 inch version?
Hi. Absolutely. My home site is BIO BB's only so that's all I use.
Hope that helps.

1 Joule ? It’s 2.7 originally.
Your right, the high power shells are much more muzzle energy. This is using the low power shells. Work much better for gameplay here in the UK.
