Didnt help at all. There is never paper jammed, and I still keep getting error message. At times, it prints half way, then stops. Help.

My ET-3750 looks exactly like your ET-3830. My problem is there was no paper jammed in the printer, but I pushed "next" and "done" and it returned to the paper jam message. I cannot clear the message so it will begin printing again. How do you clear the message??

I thought this "paper jam" message would be the end of this printer for me. But, your video showing the lift up on the side to see under the scan glass area - and there was the smallest piece of paper jammed in the wheel. Pulled it out and all is good!!! Thank You!!!

Thank you. One can only wonder why doesn't Epson let a purchaser know that the back can be removed like that. I just got the 3850 and I just thought those were air vents. . . .

I am having the same problem with my ET3830 except there is no paper jammed. The error message keeps showing. I followed all the step the printer suggested. Any tips or tricks?

Try switch off printer for 15 minutes disconnect wires and the reconnect and start. This should work of not then reset printer

Im having the same problem, but its doing it for photo papers. It prints fine with regular white paper. Im so frustrated! About to jump kick this printer. 😂
