For me best sounding and looking is the second one. It sounds so good and looks like if a cheap guy took his plumber dad pipelines and put it on the bike, which in essence is cafe racer style, modding a bike cheaply to run faster!

I really love the sound of the stock exhaust and being able to hear the gear whine while riding. Of course a true tuned reverse cone with correct cone length and diameter will benefit overall dynamics of engine performance. G.P. Racing bike tuners knew the formulas for appropriate builds for specific engine displacement regarding exhaust tuning and manufacture of header and reverse cone dimensions. Example, MV-August and Hondas hay day of GP racing. Same can be said for two-stroke expansion chamber designs for G.P. and flat track, ie; Kenny Roberts TZ-750. In the early seventies I raced Yamaha and Suzuki moto-cross bikes. A company called Torque Engineering made a performance tuned expansion chamber for my bikes, 100cc and 250 respectively. These were down-sweep designed for maximum exhaust scavenging and performance at mid and high throttle positions. Same techniques are employed for correct size header and reverse cone exhausts for four stroke engines. I have a newly purchased Royal Enfield 2022 Continental GP-650. After this bike is broken in, I plan on building an exhaust for my bike, using dimensions from bore and stroke performance figures from Royal Enfield Racing Division. 👍👍🏁🏁

I prefer the sound of the second one but #3 looks best. I do think #2 might be a good candidate to make a budget BAAK inspired exhaust setup. Running the mufflers through a bandsaw to get a straight edge on it and cutting the stock exhaust under the engine would come close.

For $0 extra you could have avoided pissing off your neighbors and everyone else in the world you happen to drive by. What is it with wanting to make more noise? If you like that do the rest of us a favor and put on some bluetooth earbuds and have your smartphone play something so loud that you will be needing hearing aids before you are 45. The extra weight down low is really a non-issue. Are you racing? Buy a faster motorcycle. Lose some weight yourself. Silence is golden, and no I am not wanting an electric motorcycle. The stock exhausts with their air pollution (HC, CO, NOx) reduction catalysts are perfectly fine with me. Btw, why didn't you record the sound as heard from the rider's position on the bike? The answer is you want to know how cool you think your bike will sound to "other people". News for you, 99% of the rest of the world hates the excess noise you throw at them.
