I bought this today from Argos, when i start it sticks to the carpet and tries to pull it instead of rolling on the carpet. any pointers ro resolve it?
We recommend cleaning the filters on this vacuum thoroughly, allowing to completely dry, and then refitting. Alongside this, also try removing blockages from the floorhead and tubes which could be restricting the suction.
