There's a Seinfeld refrence on the corner of 3rd Ave & E. 39th street (east of the DZ) from the episode The Kenny Rogers Roaster. Where Kramer couldn't get any sleep in his apartment bcus of the HUGE red Neon Chicken sign blareing into his bedroom window. Also next to that is what I think to belive is one of the many movie theaters Jerry likes to go to.
My favorite easter egg in the Division is in Lexington Event Center. This is a hardcore nerd easter egg. In the room with the echo, on the way to the first elevator, check out the name of the dead pianist, Bryant Cox. Bryan Cox, famous physicist with CERN at the Large Hadron Collider in Belgium, who hosts the Wonders of the Universe and Wonders of the Solar System, along with several other tv shows, was in a boy band back in the late 80's or early 90's. The band started to get pretty popular, so popular that they left the UK to do a tour of Australia. They did two shows and the egos exploded and the band fell apart. So, like the guy in the echo, Bryan Cox's career in music is DEAD. :D You have to be a real nerd to get that joke/easter egg, which makes me a real nerd :)

One of the Safe Houses in the game is a Ubisoft building, with art from games like Grow Home and Rainbow Six Siege on the inside of it. Not to mention the multiples of computers, and a whiteboard updating the Ubisoft team on what to be working on. I thought it was pretty cool when I found it.
I remember finding the shawn of the dead one in the beta and laughing like hell I like how its a refference to the shawn of the dead fence scene which is a refference to the hot fuzz bush/fence scene xD
Found Conor Macleod on a rooftop, think it might be a Highlander reference. During a side mission echo where you're trying to find an LMB defector. Also I'm pretty sure that Red October is in the aquarium in the Russian Consulate. I'm too lazy to google if all their subs look the same though.

Did you guys find the "grow home" Easter egg, in the game developer safe house, it also says Ubisoft in the safe house, so I believe it was once a game development studio before the outbreak
I would be really happy if there was something in the division like the mount chiliad easter egg or some of the easter eggs in battlefield where you have to shoot at specific spots and then something happens but more difficult than just for example movie references
There's a possible reference to Halo Reach on the side mission Missing Person: Noble Squad. Aside from the name, the squad dies one by one until there is only one left, who fights to the bitter end while saving a girl the Rikers held captive. The girl could possibly be Cortana who Noble Six saved by delivering her to the Pillar of Autumn.
Don't know if someone has commented on it, but the police academy mission towards the end of the mission on the desk there's a card with the name the blue oyster, which is the bar name in the movie Police Academy
It's kind of funny how so many things I have fond memories of in NY are all in the dark zone (save for union square). Like, the compleat strategist (board game store) on E33rd (even though it's not in the game, it's actually pretty funny that where it should be is a contaminated area lol), or Bryant park (the first place I did a public performance). Actually, I wonder if that crazy dude with the frilly dress is still around Union square... I'ma check it out today. :P

One of the Rykers actually resembles Bane and even says "that's a lovely voice" when close to a music shop. I think it was on the upper Island levels, don't really remember why.
theirs some Easter egg were you can find the e3 game play crew and you can get yellow guns from them I believe Megan gives you a smg or sniper, Bronson lmg, and Ryan gives you a assault or pistol

do it man. it's a really good and enterteining game! i've never played Destiny before but this is good. Beware of lag spikes and server problems btw which can cause damage to your gameplay

In some of the Dark Zone checkpoint building the ammunition boxes on the table are call Hemington and have the exact same box design as Remington in real life

Don't remember what they are called, but in the Russian Consulate u can find the ceramic Russian doll in a doll toy. If u shoot it, the outer one breaks and a smaller is standing, shoot that and even smaller one is there, and so on. U can do this several times.

You missed in Tech Wing of Base Of Operations it shows on the wall a game called B.U.D. I was surprised to see it.
