My experience of LNB has been very poor. I bought a tow car with their a frame and braking system fitted. I had a question about adjusting the braking system and was told that as I didn’t buy it from them . They would not give any advice or help.

Good on you. I hate it when somebody tries to bully people when our fathers fought for freedom of speech. I'm based in South Wales and currently researching and has to be said, doing my due diligence, looking at all the different makes, suppliers and installers of self levelling systems. Have to say it's a minefield. Glad to see you have it all sorted now and your wife is feeling better.
When looking at your first videos with legs going up and down there was a bang and a jolt which didn't sound good, I just wonder if there was a problem with that leg right from the beginning?

Thanks, it seems there's a known fault as the installer told me that they was told that there a lot waiting for returning to HPC, it's always the same today pass the blame on to the user.

Hi John. I've only just been made aware of the serious problems you had with your (and Kim Dixon - below) HPC levelling system, which was pointed out to me only yesterday by a towbar/levelling company. We had the same fault on the very first time we levelled our motorhome. We had collected our van from LNB towbars in Bristol on a Friday lunchtime and on first use just after 3pm when the system failed we rang them straight away but they close at 3pm on a Friday. Totally stranded until the following Tuesday. Shocking customer service. The drama (court action) is still ongoing with them. It’s interesting to hear your comments about the two mechanics "there must be more to fail" I have just posted a video; ruclips.net/video/Z3MThKxpFFQ/видео.html showing the jackleg spewing out oil and also have another two yet to post (will put the links on here) showing other serious issues; such as only three legs extracted (risk of chassis distortion?) quote from HPC themselves "Every side is lifted with two jacks at the same time: This to avoid the risk that the chassis twists") ("with the four jack system there are always two jacks per side being operated at the same time, to avoid twisting")
Also a video showing the system being able to be controlled with the engine running - so it would be possible drive off with the legs down. I see you provided your email to Kim Dixon, would it be ok please for you to ask if you could let me have her email address in order for us to discuss our awful experiences. Perhaps there are many other people out there?

sorry don't have Kim's email see never emailed me back, but this seems to be a known problem I found out from top of town motors (our installer) that when he last spoke with LNB about the finding on what happened to ours that they had not returned it yet as they had a number to return to HPC , as like yours ours leaked first then 2 days after flagging it, it blow the whole leg out

Just an update on the risks of chassis distortion - this quote from HPC themselves "Every side is lifted with two jacks at the same time: This to avoid the risk that the chassis twists"
"with the four jack system there are always two jacks per side being operated at the same time, to avoid twisting"

@@tonybort that just show's it needs to be fitted correctly and set up right we as customers depend on the fact that the fitters are trained in the correct ways of fitting, the company that fitted ours was never trained by LNB but they still sold the system to them lucky they fitted other systems but still made some minor mistakes that was picked up by glid rite and was put right once flagged to top of town motors but how many fitted elsewhere have been fitted wrongly our case was just bolts missed out which seems the normal with HPC fitting

Hi would really like to chat to you about LNB! They fitted my HPC levelling stem June 2021 and I had lots of issues with the company and total lack of customer service. Now due to go to small claims court at end of October.

Hi Kim, I had a HPC levelling system fitted by LNB Towbars Bristol in July 2021 which failed on 1st use, then also developed other serious issues which could have been far more severe than to just the levelling system (please see my post above to John - Budge's bus) and found the Director of LNB to have a totally nonchalant attitude. We also now have court action going on and if it would be helpful, it may be prudent to share what we have experienced. Based on our awfully unpleasant experience, I am currently drafting an extensive review for LNB Towbars which I expect to post within a couple of days, I don't know if you posted any reviews to alert others? I see you were looking to make contact with John (Budge's) and we have been in contact with him already, however he says that he has no email address for you. If you could make contact that would be great. Many thanks, Tony

Only just seen this video, I had mine fitted by LNB towbars in Bristol….as it happens my work was carried out on a training day (I was told at the time)
When I checked over the system after a few days, one of the rear legs had several of thé securing bolts loose….this is your top company?

It seems LNB don't care about customer services once they get your money your on your own would not recommend the system works well but their fitting is crap and HPC only use LNB as their UK supplier
