AHI is Aamna Haider Isani and will bring to you the life, style and soul of my life.
The word AHI may be the acronym of my name, but it independently stands for a species of Hawaiian Tuna. Ahi is an apt name for me. As a Piscean, fish is my symbol and water my element.
But this channel isn't about astronomy. l'll be tapping into my 20-year career as a fashion journalist to cover fashion as a source of self-expression and body positivity. We'll have a little bit of fun in shows like Fashion Fortnightly. I'll be connecting with fashionable creatures in Meet the Muse and reviewing fun, new products in the short FIR - First Impression Review. Aamna 101 will take you into my life while The AHI Icon will bring you an exceptional person, whose story inspires.

We were horribly grounded during covid in australia which had such tough lockdowns, and I couldn’t even go and visit my sick father back in London! I have lived and worked on three continents so I know how important travel is to open your mind to different cultures, cuisine, history, languages, and it enriches us! Travelling for me is more important than being stuck in the home trapped by material things! Looking forward to hearing about your travels, and BTW missed you on Something Haute too! Bon Voyage!
Travelling also means a great learning experience.Different cultures and different people teach you how to appreciate differences and diversity
As a solo traveller, i second everything youve just said. Travel is beautiful!
I want to share my travel experiences. My father worked for an airline and he travelled throughout his work life and it ignited the yearning for travel in me.We got opportunities to go when he was posted for couple of years lived in different parts of world made friends everywhere.
It gave me better horizon to discover and experience wide variety of places, people, food, cultures. During formative years of a child it has deep impact and leave you with lifelong memories. Travel teaches you acceptance .
I miss you so much! I’m so happy for you!!! Geneva is my ❤ I hope you get to visit nearby places like Jura and Chamonix, France if you have time! The view from the red train ride is indescribable!
Also, don’t be out past 9pm!

I decided similar on my 40th birthday in 2019. I went with friends to Turkey and Morocco. Then Covid came. Now looking forward to my trip to Spain. It's so important to recoil and rejuvenate. Love and respect you even more now Aamna ❤
I did the same with my two close university friends from Australia last year! We did a reunion in Turkey meeting up after 11/8 years respectively and it was amazing 🤩🧿

Travel for me is a spiritual experience- there really is nothing quite as enriching and exciting as exploring new cultures place art and architecture! Have fun! There are tons of pretty towns between Paris and geneva and I hope u are driving through the country so u could stop and check them all out. And oh the food is divine!
Missing you so much in the reviews, tbh Hassan and you are the dream team for something Haute, I don't disrespect to anyone but no one, NO ONE can replace you, I did not enjoy the reviews and tried watching them but couldn't watch more that 10 mins, because I was not getting that kick. Totally agree on travel, you still have many good years of travel ahead! I just retired from an airline job and have been following the once a year rule with friends for the last 20 years…Keep going 😊 at 60 I hiked to see the mountain gorillas 🦍 in Uganda. Keeping fit and eating healthy is the only thing we can control, no matter where we live..

Great video Aamna! This is what I tell my mother all the time. She just seems so afraid of travelling on her own that it upsets me. Anyone who has lived a life is Pakistan shouldn't be afraid of the challenges of travelling abroad. Everytime I get to see her we go to a new destination but I hate that she feels dependent on me for travelling. I wish she did more of what you are doing. I appreciate you for this and hope ypu get to see many more destinations in future

We have this rule too to travel to a new country every 3 years with our 2 boys. We are headed to Morocco in July iA! I so agree that traveling is never a waste of money. In fact, it’s one of the purposes of life :)
