I'm starting right now. Is kinda difficult to call up to 100 customer and not getting anything. Im Getting frustrated because i have no Money right now :/
It certainly is. This business is more like a marathon than a sprint. The goal is to make progress with a couple leads each day. Not to close customers every day. It’ll come with time and consistency of effort.
So doing my research to see if it fits for me. You say in 1 video that there is no load board for brokers like it is for carriers etc. Whay cant a broker find a load from another broker and match it with a driver? Is that just an redundant step and the driver can just take a load? I guess what I'm asking is why cant a "broker" team up with Owner Operators the same way it is suggested to get with shippers? Then just go to the load boards and give the drivers a load from the broker board.
If a broker takes a load from another broker it would be double brokering. Which isn't permitted by FMCSA unless there is a co-brokerage agreement in place. The other reason, is that brokers with loads do not want to book other brokers. It's more profitable to book a carrier than add another broker who is also going to charge a margin.
hey hi i needed a help i have been into Freight broker job its been more than a month but no customer is ready to give loads kindly guide me what should i do to convince them.

It's not easy. Takes lot of time to get customers and then loads from them.
You need a plan and strategy.
