I live about 30 minutes away from Laguna Beach in Southern California and it is a fun place to hang out for the day or vacation for a week. Thought I would put together this short video to highlight some of the popular things to do in Laguna Beach, California. California is indeed the best state in America. The state has everything from diverse landscapes, skycrappers, and so on.

Absolutely not, Florida is by far the better state.
@@XFile91 Florida sucks lol the beaches are the only nice thing about that nasty state. Bugs, swampy humid air, trashy people, alligators, and the land is so flat. Miami is basically Vegas but with beaches. It just doesn’t compare
@@kindadecent9754 Better beaches, nicer weather, cheaper living. Florida is a much better choice than California.
@@XFile91 Florida is by far the worst, trash people everywhere, bugs and snakes are disgusting and the heat and humidity are HORRIBLE.

Owning is a whole different thing, but if you watch for the right opportunity there are rentals here that are relatively affordable.

The river place will be fine. It constantly filled up and drains into the ocean constantly. Think about how easy it was for those surfers to make the river outflow. Nature will do it even easier naturally.

I read that you can’t Drink alcohol or smoke on the beach wow I’ve never heard of that before. However the beach looks amazing.
Not legally, but you can as long as you do it on the DL

Yes there are waves….they vary in hardness
Is there a main parking lot?
I wouldn't say there is a main parking lot. There are parking lots scattered throughout the area, with lots of metered street parking. You can also park for free on back streets.

That’s the little park if you walk past the Montage hotel....from Treasure Island
I've LIVED here for nearly 10 years and learned things in this video I didn't know. Laguna is a beautiful place. But the traffic congestion on PCH in summer is horrible, and the cost of living & taxes are high....but it's paradise compared to the hell hole LA has become.
Is the water warm?
Never! Maybe gets high 60’s in the summer

What is the best beach area to take a swim?
Thats a hard one....You can't go wrong with Treasure Island. The water is freezing though...in the 50's
Last August the sea surface off Oceanside, CA, just to the south, warmed up to 79.5 degrees. Obviously that is above normal. South of L.A most of the coastal water temps are closer to 70 that time of year.

Not really...Everything in Laguna beach area is expensive! you have to go more inland for better rates. Maybe somewhere in Laguna Niguel

Over rated shi hole if you want to get stuck in traffic and never get anywhere this is the place to much people living in a small place if you want to live like ur in New York City but with out the cool parts and on the west coast this is the place it’s crowded every day all day not just the summer months don’t forget the homeless every corner homeless bout half the city doesn’t know how to drive about almost every weekend there is a terrible traffic accident I wish I was kidding laguna because is a no go zone for me no worth the risk

I hate Laguna Beach. There is no parking and when you do find a parking spot you get ticketed. The residents are all kooks and weirdos!
