Dr. Sharon, thank you! You're an incredible teacher. I'm watching subjects I already thought I knew pretty well and your style of teaching helps me to connect things in a completely different way. You're the best!

    Dr. Sharon,
I will have to disagree with you on the question, "What are the expected effects of morphine sulfate?".
You specifically stated that you would not pick 'promotes reduction in respiratory rate' because that's not the purpose of giving the morphine. However, that is not what the question asked. The question asks specifically, "what are the expected effects of morphine?". Therefore, a decrease in respiratory rate is an expected effect of morphine. Thoughts?
    Best,
    Skylar

I don’t completely remember the question but I think 8 hours is the time frame for stroke, but it is contraindicated in hemorrhagic stroke

for the question at 35:40 can you explain why promotes reduction in respiratory rate isn't one of the answers? I am stuck on that because if it reduces myocardial 02 consumption wouldn't it also reduce respiratory rate ?
