Salam Dr. Hanna love your books and videos, I am a HUGE FAN however, I have not found the troponin levels you mentioned to be accurate I have cathed many many patients with troponin 25K and found them to have normal coronaries (CO poisoning, myocarditis etc) I think a non invasive test may be the way to go in these patients kind regards
