Anthony, there are a lot of great books. I particularly like Applied Linear Regression Models, 2nd edition by Neter, Wasserman, and Kutner (I prefer the earlier editions). I also like Applied Regression Analysis, Linear Models, and Related Methods by John Fox. Finally, an easier treatment of the topic can be found in Gordon's Regression Analysis for the Social Sciences.
