What I hate about all these mega OP builds and them getting broadcast, is that when, not if, WHEN FromSoft nerfs them they often have knock on effects into other ordinary builds because the skill (like the Threads here) or whatever are nerfed into near unusability.
Yep is why the base game feels shitty. Why developers think nerving everything to the ground is a good idea in any capacity. 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

I still use rivers of blood still does me great in the dlc lol. Was even helping a friend in the dlc got invaded bro took one jump attack at the host then I came up and river deleted him. 😂

I had died so many times to those madness head things, I only killed two of them so far, one for testing my parry timing and the other for the talisman. I don't like those things and neither does Torrent.

I’m loving the lighting perfume bottle with rolling sparks. Pairing that with the death knight axes for a death knight build is so much fun
Death knight build as well? I might try that. I was enjoying the perfume bottles but sometimes I didn't want to be that close range to do damage. Lol
@@LuxuFoo rolling sparks send out a cone of electricity that obliterates everything in its path kind of like blasphemous blade it’s ridiculous how far the range is on it
@TheKniteOwl2686 Shit not far enough bro. Especially since you gotta kinda aim it at rhe ground to proc everything or else it doesn't do as much damage. I be getting clapped tryba use that thing sometimes. Lol. That's why I want to use it in tandem with another build.

@@TheKniteOwl2686 But it misses a lot. The only way to use it effectively is to not lock on. Then run in and throw it at the ground neear the enemy.

as someone who just fought bayle, summoning the npc and using spiral glintstone near the tail did about half his health in 3 casts or so, with exactly one 8% buff to spell damage (i locked myself out of the magic scorpion amulet on that save file)
i have nothing positive to say about the fight that i tried to learn the normal way, and am very happy with my result
I recommend using golden parry if you are struggling for the talisman
I follow you guys for all my gaming I think, outside of the Guru for the gouda. This is the way.

for the pest spear to work do we need the faith to be bumped to 80? mine is at 27 right now but almost everything else is 60 or over 40, also I am level 292, got the pest spear and tried it but it is very weak

Dont know how much maddening hand is, but maybe jellyfish shield could be a bigger buff for the spell.

I love the frenzy area, I was going through on torrent when I jjst get knocked off my horse in this creepy area and I'm like "huh?" Then I use the thing and it said "torrent is too scared to come out" or something. Then these guys. It's grewt
I dont mind if any of these get nerfed except for the perfume bottle one 😂
if you wanna try most of this builds in ng+7, enjoy. better of using bleed procs for this big hp pools. hes in ng+2 max i think (calculated from messmers hp pool) . this takes way too long in later ng+
Is this build good against the final boss of the dlc
Ancient Dragon's Lightning Strike is still the most damaging spell in terms of pure DPS. It can one-shot the DLC bosses, even Messmer and the final boss, when you go all out with damage buffs and have rng on your side.
If you like to use draconic spells and one-shot bosses, see Titus Actual | Dr One Shot for reference.

@@jimqjordun6431 For Radahn specifically I just used the 2 NPC summons to complete there quest and my mimic. 1 of those 3 will take agro after the initial charge he does at you. You can pop off right after that.

naked with fists only, 4 scorpion charms, and the self destruct physic
They do it for the RUclips algorithm not to spite you lol

the supposed multi hit effect i have tested a lot, it doesnt work at all Radahn. maybe 1/5 casts is more than just the bare minimum

so i tryed this set up on the last boss of the dlc it works but the last boss is really fast just a heads up
i tried this and its not doing enough dmg and i get no time to atk
@@nerd_gamer it all so can come down to if you have summons in with you I tryed it with 2 store related summons and it was doing very little damage, after I tryed just me going it and the dmg was there but the boss was on me and killed me it’s possible just have to get lucky and not die to the armor effect and the flask

I can’t get pest threads… finished the quest ages ago so killed gowry and got the bell, gave it to the sisters but it’s sorcery only. Don’t know what to do from here
There is a new incantation in the dlc you can get homie. It’s not the one from the base game…

From what I tested, the mad hand and black dumpling don’t stack 🤷♂️

@@eugeneserrano702 I have a NG8 character and the howling buff/golden vow/dumpling mask/frenzy talisman/frenzy gloves plus the red armor dmg boost and I kill bosses in 20/30sec. It works. 👍

Tried it in a co-op session, dealt about 3k damage. That was very weak. Had the same setup and everything.
