Searching for a loophole in Alabama law and have read about MT or SD registration, do you have to have a LLC?
You don't NEED an llc for south dakota, but it is recommended. We can assist with handling the LLC process.
I'm from Alabama too & according to what I read on the Dirt Legal website, it's impossible to ride anything originally manufactured as an offroad only vehicle on public roads no matter where it's registered because of the "unique way the law is written". In Alabama, it's not based on equipment but manufacturer designation. GOD BLESS!!

@@DirtLegal it's enforced here in alabama heavily apparently I tried for 2 weeks now I'm trying the south Dakota tagging out of state scared ill still be illegal if I do get a tag tho
@@ENDLESS_GRAY30 We handle these registrations for Alabama residents all the time. If it's registered out of state in an LLC there's nothing the cops can legally do.
Why don't you sell the street legal atv you have blogged about on your website any more? Are there any places you recommend who sell these already made atvs to save the headache of making them ourselves?

I have a 1983 Honda 200E Big Red 3 wheeler I'm wanting to make street legal for on and off road use. I got it on a free trade.

All you need to do is generate a bill of sale with the help of a friend.
It won't matter that the seller on the bill of sale isn't the last titled owner.
We will register it through the ATV/Go-Kart Street Legal Service.

Does this work in Alabama?
Dose the atv plate show up as a motorcycle plat utv plate or just a vehicle like car truck plat. Becuse in my state if it's considered a motorcycle you need a motorcycle license if it's atv utv it's not aloud on the road inless you live in the state wear it's legal
If you have a UTV or an ATV the title and registration will be registered as a quadricycle.
A UTV reclassified as a quadricycle won't require the operator to carry a motorcycle license from what we've seen since they have doors, seatbelts, and actual seats.
An ATV reclassified as a quadricycle will require the operator to carry a MC license to ride it since there's no seatbelt, has handlebars, and you straddle the seat.

I have a raptor 700 with title . I live in Pennsylvania. I hear bad story’s with you guys, this sounds right and legit from my understanding with LLCs in other states. But what’s the turn around time for this ? Once i pay and send my title how long does the rest take ? I’d 100% do this
We can register it for you in Montana through your LLC we open if it's paid off and you receive temp tags for free in 2-3 business days after we receive your documents. (You can be riding in about a week with the temp plates)
The permanent plate and registration arrives 4-7 weeks later, and the title comes a few weeks afterwards.
What if a person gets pulled over and gets impounded or a ticket. Does dirt legal step in and take control
That shouldn't be an issue. If you register it in Montana there's not a valid reason to be impounded. However, we can provide advisement if you need assistance.

You need dot approved tires, turn signal lights, brake lights mirrors and insurance. The vehicle has to be retitled as an on/off road vehicle. I know some people who converted dirt bikes. You may get hassled so it is best to keep all your paperwork with you. @@papisaint4551

I have a 2019 raptor 700 I live in Madera ca am I Abel to make it street legal ? I’m financing it but I have the bill of sale and registration
If your raptor is financed through Yamaha Financial or Synchrony Bank, it won't be able to be registered, but we can register it if it's financed through another bank. It would be registered in South Dakota. Since you live in Canada I would recommend seeing if you can use out of country plates while being a citizen of Canada.

The vehicle can be registered in Montana (preferred) or South Dakota, depending your situation. These states share what is called "reciprocity", meaning that what the DMV deems roadworthy in one state is roadworthy in others.
Is this legal in Maryland?

What state statute say this is illegal? You're using a street legal vehicle to operate on roadways.
