    Thank you for the tour, this property has the potential to be a charming little farm.
    It would be a great help to your viewers if you included links to the website's listing so we could learn more about a property before getting in touch - this would save your time and ours, if for example, a property we like in the video does not actually meet our needs after reading the more detailed listing on the website.
    It is also important for us to know whether the buildings are registered as habitation or agricultural support structures.

      Regarding the building, at the moment it is registered as Rural Construction, but with a project it can be transformed into Habitation.

    This one particular advert shows exactly how Brits mainly, buying cheap land in Portugal, living off grid and ebegging on RUclips has pushed property prices to the limit. They think nothing of breaking local rules, building illegally and a whole host of other things. When things are not like the UK is they find time to tell everyone ''it is not easy here there is much paperwork''. That is because Portuguese value their country and do want it to be the cesspit the UK is because if the UK was a 'fine and dandy' country they would never leave. Those living the off grid style, playing estate agents around Coimbra, Fundao should be looked at closely. When you are trying to make a side living selling houses its not good to tell lies to people because it will come back and bite you. What you see in this film would be a third of the price in Spain and also living is cheaper.

This property is owned by a Portuguese, it's not expensive for today's market and it's attracting interest from foreigners from all over the world, as well as Portuguese.       I don't see the amount of land so overpriced. The biggest problem I see are the strict limitations you have on expanding/ enlarging small houses to justify the price. And, (I don't live in Portugal so I may be incorrect) from what I can see is you can't build additional structures on the properties to increase value or justify prices.

      @@gjm456 Exactly, the rules are the hurdle, a couple of weeks ago an english man selling property said ''and you have the small warehouse there you could make it into a 2 storey air bnb'', well, that would be like getting wank off the pope. Things are not like that. The price is huge because l have 3 farms in Spain and if you wanted to buy one, say, it has 20,000 m2, it has 188 olive trees producing and it could be yours for 8,000 euros, now do your sums........ah you could also build 200m2 house too 'legally'. You could have done this in Portugal 8 or so years ago but so called 'nomads' and ebeggers changed it all.
