- Conta ainda com ajudas de custo, através de um subsídio anual de apoio à agricultura, com o valor de 3600€ em 2022 e que irá aumentar este ano para mais de 15.000€, devido à obtenção de certificação de produção biológica, mantendo esse valor durante 5 anos.

Hello @perolagrande, thanks for the comment, but you can try to buy the property for that price, the owner will not sell. Its a question that already been ask and This price, 105.000€ Its the price that The Owner of the Property sell (at the moment, because i don't know the future, yet 😉). @@antoniopiresrealestateagent Your response makes no sense at all. If someone offers €95,000 through Melanie, the vendor's not going to refuse. How can someone refuse an offer of full asking price?
What's happened here is the vendor has agreed to a price reduction with Melanie, without informing you. That's not good.
You can't have the same property on the market with different agents at different prices!

​​@@perolagrande sorry but i Know my work, i already talk with the owner for more that one time and what he said is that is not selling for that price because he do not agree to that price. That price, said by the owner, was the other agency that drops, not the owner. I know the other agency, no problem with them, but i trust in my clients and i know sometimes this drops of prices are done. And you have a lot of properties in different agencies, with different prices, simply because they practice different commissions, but its not the case. And you can refuse an offer of the asking price. But you can try to buy the property in the other agency and see what happens, maybe you right. Thanks and all the best 😊🙏
