    Property makes very little money....so the price is way too high....no one buys something that you wont make money from it ever in your lifetime....i can buy stocks and they pay back 8% and this property will just cost me money.

      Better buy a stabilizer for the phone . To shaky and better mic for the wind. Way to expensive. Lot of land but notting to live on. Because you cant live there.

But that's my opinion, you don't need to agree. Criticizing is easy, putting ourselves in other people's shoes is more difficult. And if this isn't for you, we have more properties, some of which will suit your taste. And if they aren't, don't waste time or energy on it, move on and focus on the good things.     I think you should change the way you do this. First tell people exactly where it is, near what town and what services are close by like grocery etc; also introduce the property by saying how big is the land and how many bildings and what size. As a potential buyer that is what I am interested in. Also is there water; power; seweage. Then show the house. I hope that I have been helpful with this.
