Intercity will get new LHB rakes in another 3 months or so. Parasuram and Ernad are not in the list for now - they might probably get the old coaches of this Intercity

The last I travelled by this train was in 2016 between Carmelram and CBE. It had two ACs with me and my better half had our tickets separately. Both AC were full and entire 2S was empty that both of us spent time having a coach for ourselves all the way from hosur till erode. Wify still pulls my leg over how I paid for tatkal AC and spent time travelling by 2S!!

Liked the video very much .❤ Excellent narration . 👏. This train needs more attention by the Rly authorities . It is heartening to note that L H B coaches will be provided in this train shortly . In fact this should have been done much earlier . The vendor menace and the beggar menace which are rampant in second sitting coaches should be totally stopped . The late arrival issues should also be addressed by the authorities as this is a prestigious train connecting Ernakulam and Bengaluru , which is almost always over crowded.
Lot of old aged coaches are operating by southern railway. Lot of LHB coaches are operating in western, north west, central and northern railway. Even one New memu southern railway train is operating in Ayudhya cantt.

1:31 on your right, there is a nescafe outlet, costs Rs 20 for a regular coffee, but is worth every penny. Don't know if it's open during this time, but it is the first place I go to, every time I come to SBC. Loved this vid !!

Once i planned to go for Hyderabad to coimbatore so i decided to go with kacheguda mysuru express and thought of connecting intercity express at bangalore cantonment railway station, but what happened is every time this ksr bengaluru intercity wait for its arrival and exactly aftr it entered it departs, but timing wise kacheguda mysuru express should arrive before 40 minutes to bangalore cantonment,, but it will come 40 minutes late all the time and i have to go in bus from bangalore that day… 5.30 is the timing for kacheguda mysuru express at bangalore cantonment and intercity timings is at 6.22.. (but the kacheguda express always arrives lately while it enters cantonment exactly you can see the intercity express leaves as in video all the time)
One of my favourite trains till it became ERS intercity.. Very fond memories associated when it was CBE intercity and had RSA with Kovai exp. The most nostalgic trip was my first journey in search for a prospective job!!
Finally bangalore ice and kannur js is going to be lhbfied . Rakes alloted for both kannur js .Alloted lhb rakes for Bangalore ice are ready to depart from icf chennai .

Thoroughly enjoyed ❤❤... I did travel in CBE LTT from ED to SBC in 2021 ... And NCJ SMVT in 2022... Once planned to travel in SBC ERS Intercity and took Rajdhani from SC to catch it at SBC..and Rajdhani turned out to be culprit..making it 1.5 hrs late at destination 😢

I checked again your old videos and your Jaisalmer to Delhi Runicha Express video is coming as 1080p but all videos after that are capped at 720p.

CMPE is the authority who decides loco links. Locos as per link is released by traction control. LHB allotment is controlled by the Railway board based on requests sent by zonal railways.

originally this train was running between Bangalore city and Coimbatore. It would go back to Chennai as Kovai express. It would reach CBE at 12.30 hours and return to Chennai at 13.15 hours. It would reach Chennai at 20.15 hours. Was very convenient to women and children. The Kerala railway authority instigated the Kerala MPs to hijack it to Ernakulam. Now both trains Bangalore - CBE as well as CBE - Chennai Kovai has become useless because of timings. Both trains are running empty.
Kerala MPs hijacking a train would be the joke of the century - Kerala has the most useless MPs and they wouldn't open their mouths to extend a train. Please stop that notion. The train was extended to Kerala by the railway authorities to improve revenue. The Intercity express has retained its old timings (with only slight changes over the years). Rescheduling of Kovai Express was SR's decision and has nothing to do with this intercity. And I do not agree to your claim that "both trains are running empty".

Plz look at other routes also. Some of your routes are getting repetitive. You shoot the videos in a very captivating manner but unless you explore other rail routes, it gets a bit boring to watch you travelling on the same route multiple times.
Unfortunately, videos from fresh routes are hardly watched. So, it's really difficult to bring new routes.
