I have spent 39 years in this great institution and now it has been eight years since I retired. Even today I feel proud that I have ever been a part of this great institution.
Even I feel proud having worked in my great organisation. SBI had given me a great opportunity to serve the customers with satisfaction.

With over 50 cr customers and with mere 2.4 lakh employee strength, still the SBI managed to generate 50k cr in profits in the last financial year 22-23. I am proud to say that my bank serves the poorest of the poor and meets the requirements of the rich class as well. Fantastic technology adaption, fantastic utilization of resources, fantastic products offered. Great place to work. SBI is incomplete without India and India is incomplete without SBI. I am the I in theee SBI.
It's not 4.5 lakh employee strength. It is only 2.4 lakh employees currently in SBI.

I feel proud of SBI .My son is also a dedicated officer of SBI.His tireless efforts sometimes make me uncomfortable but he is an honest employee. Hats off to all SBI teams
It generate profit of more than 50000 crore even after providing services in rural and difficult areas. Kudos to the staff of SBI and its helping hand for uplifting every section of the society.

SBI is the only bank serving in remote villages where their is no proper water supply where.there's no proper transportation and medical facilities. Yet many people working/worked in SBI.

Many are saying that it is an act of advertising the good deeds of the employees of SBI but there is nothing wrong in it. If they will not steal the lime light then they will be on back foot after putting all the hard work required to make it the mammoth in the banking industry.

People recognise it for the lunch break, but employees barely take lunch brakes more than 30 minutes.
See its profit numbers, its the Hardwork of the very little employees it has considering its size
Some staff have no time to have lunch also.
The profit is because of the sheer amount of deposit that this bank gets from the lower class of the country.
P. S= The deposit of sbi stand greater than the next 4 combined
No one should have to wait 4 hrs to open an account😂

@@Ashish-gj3vx it is a big bank everything in numbers will be big, what you should see is CASA ratio, which is not very different than many other public sector banks.
For example PNB has better CASA ratio than SBI.

SBI is the biggest bank in India. They are giving best service across India. I have an SBI account for past 15 years. I love to use SBI 💙
Didn't know SBI is so customer friendly! SBI should take a nationwide survey on customer satisfaction and then see what results will tell you!!! I know quite a few ex-SBI staff, who after their retirement withdraw all their retirement amounts and put it in some other bank.
