In my thought We could actually go to past for example when we see at space it shows the past cause the farther it is light takes that much time to reach us and we know that space can be bent , compressed and stretched then what if we compress the space and go to Proxima centuri faster than light then we would actually be there in the past like what we are seeing now cause what we are seeing is billion of years old so if we compress space and get there in 1 min wouldn't be billion of years in the past and if we see at earth we'll see what earth looked like in the past from there and if we again compressed space and travelled back to earth then wouldn't we be in past way back ? And if we use time dilation to fast forward in time and get to where we want in future (technically in past) . So is it possible to travel back in time I know there is no wrap technology but theoretically it is possible isn't it to bend space ?

I wonder if it has to do with our Dna which very well be of advanced nature. When my late grandfather was in the hospital dying of lung cancer, I was by his side but not physically. Somehow I time traveled to be by his side, I was holding his hand and was crying 😢I knew of this 5 yrs ago(50 then)but not just that, I've been in other timelines where I help catching criminals who walk around like normal in this timeline. This man I met about 4 yrs ago was a serial killer in another timeline and since I helped bringing him to justice there, here he became bound to a wheelchair by a paralysis. Maybe that's a possibility. But as long as you're doing a time thing.i would think you would want to go forward to see what's going to be. But it seems like there is just more of the same but in a different way and situation at that time. Meaning : like a movie that's done with the same script but done by different actor's. Or a car that's like one of the past but better with the technology. To me there is so much that hasn't been thought of yet that would make things better but at the same time making it better for humanity. One of The problem with the world today is. The more advanced we seem to get. The more humans forget where they were at a time and it's all about themselves and certain self-centered ways to get over on the one's that still haven't gotten where they should be. That’s right, in the example from the video it’s called a one way time travel, you wouldn’t have the chance to go back in time to your origin timeline.
If traveling back in time was possible, we would have known already. You don't have to wait a distant future for an information that could have been relayed to the past. The other option is that travelling back in time is possible, but strictly forbidden by the Federation of Planets :)
See, the problem here is the assumption that time is ONE dimension of space-time. Time, like space, is actually 3-dimensional. But, we’re only capable of perceiving that one, linear dimension. We’re we able to perceive, and access, the second of time’s 3 dimensions, we would be able to easily shift forwards and backwards through time. Add in the third temporal dimension, and we’d be able to shift “sideways” into alternate timelines. Ancient Greek mathematicians understood the concept, but only bits of their knowledge remain. It’s a puzzle with many missing pieces.

I see time travel as you could go to an alternate timeline and do things that were meant to happen (last of present), but you can't change what has happened. The big hurdle would be finding a close enough timeline and it's position in space considering the universe is expanding and we are rotating a star, rotating a black hole.

9:42. This is theoretically incorrect as you can see the Big Bang due to light travel. If you have a telescope powerful enough (some people think James Webb’s is good enough for such a task) that can see as far as the universe’s age, you can technically see what the Big Bang looked like thanks to the way light travels. It is possible to see the past, in fact it’s impossible to theoretically see the present due to how light works and how fast neuro transmissions to the brain are.
To see the light from the past, which is still travelling at its current speed, its almost impossible to place a telescope in front of the way of the light. And if we are thinking of doing this, then we need something which is faster then the speed of light to place the telescope at the correct location.

the number one problem is location, we can calculate where the earth will be in the future but we don't have the parameters for how the universe is moving, so going forward in time and staying on earth seems very unlikely. if we were to be able to travel forward it would be to a point unknown, that being said if we were able to travel forwards then micro steps forward may reveal a path we could calculate to bigger steps with the possability of predicting where in relationship to earth
The first statement in the video was very interesting to me.. what if that's true, that time travel to the past is possible but it's tied to your cellular state so you can't travel back past the date of your birth because time before that doesn't exist for you, the traveler, without some sort of shielding.

TIME is fascinating. I worked the subway stations for nearly 10 years. From one end of the city to the other. Every so often I would notice the city would be saying that, "Today just flew by" or "The day was just dragging along." How can an entire city complain about the same TIME paradox unless it was effected by it. Maybe a TIME distorted bubble the earth passes through in its revolution around the sun. Maybe random waves of TIME distortion hitting the earth? Maybe they're randomly given off by the sun. Maybe they're from outside our Terran system and reach us in intervals. ???? I have always thought that if you could travel forwards and backwards through time, paradoxically, the past and the future would cease to exist. If I travel to the past to visit my grandfather, for me it would be a trip to the past but for him it would not be like that. It would be someone who comes from the future to the present. Which of the two would be right? I think both. I think that being able to travel in time, the past, the present and the future would become a whole long line of alternative present. I understand that if an observer, say on earth, was to view a moving traveler in space, the travelers clock would appear to be moving slower than the observers. I know this is a way for the traveler to travel into the future. Knowing that, if the traveler was to move very close to the speed of light, when he returned to earth, he would have aged much less than observer, that would seem to indicate that the observers clock, as viewed by the traveler, would have been moving faster than the travelers. As an example, if I knew that for one second on my clock, you age one day, it would appear to me that your clock would be moving very rapidly, like a high speed picture book. However, I know this is not the case in terms of clocks (both appear to be moving slowly, because, as I understand it, there is no preferred frame of reference). From what I’ve heard, the time dilation effect kicks in due to acceleration and deacceleration. It’s unclear to me as to why this occurs. Can you explain it? Thanks very much.

Time is just a way of measuring change. Time exists in the same way that feet exist in measuring distance. We can't un-change anything that has already changed (AKA the "Past") but we can determine the Future by our actions in the Present.
Perhaps time travel is like space travel. Like airplane travel and automobile travel. Like train travel. Like living inside a house with electricity and plumbing. Like farming. Like writing down your thoughts on the wall of a cave. You don't get to do it until you've earned it. You are all wondering about the paradox of who is the author of the book, well the book comes from the future and was brought back to the past and was given to the supposed writer of that book where he gets impressed by it and rewrites it and takes it as his own work. Well, there are many possible conditions before I can give an answer to that, first is that there is no author since it is a loop. Next is, the real author of the book is the one who rewrote it and given that he had previous ideas prior to the book's content publication and he now can easily recreate those ideas and turn it into a writing because he now has a guide. Another thing is that the person who brings the book mistakenly gives it away to someone, some authors do not want their real identity to be published and instead they use different names and addresses. Lastly, the real author might already have a draft of the book and chooses to not publish it.

At 3:52 you say that the time for the astronauts slows down and the astronaut will be younger than the other twin on the Earth, but what about the Earths gravity? Doesn't being near a heavy object slows down the passage of the time also? Does it depend on the speed of the object orbiting the Earth? Which effect makes the time slow down more?
Two points. #1 The only time that actually exists is...the present. Past and future exist in our present mind, imagination......#2 When we speak of time travel we are actually conceiving of us, our physical selves, moving through time.... Ain't gonna happen....ever. If we were to manipulate time we just had to alter our emotional state, cause when we are sad Or working hard it goes so slow and the exact opposite while we are happy. Everything state's with our brain. You could also create objects with the ability to travel into the past, and that would violate the law of conservation of mass. Say I have a coin. I pick up the coin from a tabel and bring it with me into my time machine. I then travel to the past, set the coin down on the table next to the "original" coin and I leave it there. In essence I've just created another coin You'd actually be creating matter from nothing every time you travel to the past. When I travel backwards in time I'm carrying with me the air in my lungs and the air in the machine. When I open the door to my machine some of the air in it would go out, and when I exhale I'm putting particles into the system. Even transporting a single atom to the past would be creating matter.

Time and times again. As what time is by a standard way to have a guideline for those that need a way to measure. With out a measurement of time. How would we know how to plan. As time goes by, intelligence gets to the now part of what is known as the moment. But my opinion of how long time is. Is that of what the mind knows of. That is a opinion to each self as to that answer. As for books and movies. They seem to be of thoughts that are manifested into a scenario of adventures of both what is and what's not. As in todays moments a lot of attention is to what seem to be but is not. Meaning: My opinions are of course just that that seems to be of each given situation and moment.Some are straight up BS. I wonder if anyones considered that its a fixed path. The Loop Consumes itself, IF you went back in time it theoretically means you've already done it and nothing has changed beyond your lack of awareness of the events. It time is not linear perhaps is fluidic, it will follow the momentum of the space it needs to fill and or the originating force. The only structure that comes to mind is a Klien Bottle, constant flow over an endless surface . Like someone made a Klien bottle snow globe and all the bits and pieces sent flying through this loop by the initial pour we have an un even mix in our drink, even the temperature of the galaxy is a little funky. Time could also simply be the perception of momentum at scale, faster you are you might be keeping up with the galatic momentum of the big bang the greater the time dilation the closer you come to matching its speed. Traveling back requires knowing the origin and direction of this momentum and then some how counteract or piece?phase ? Some how remove the hold physics has on you. Also following the theory of Time and gravity being momentum leftover from the Big Bang, in order to counteract that momentum and travel back you need equal energy to simply STOP or greater to got back meaning, whom ever goes back in time will have likley destroyed the 'timeline' they have come from due the amount of energy needed to do so. In my thought We could actually go to past for example when we see at space it shows the past cause the farther it is light takes that much time to reach us and we know that space can be bent , compressed and stretched then what if we compress the space and go to Proxima centuri faster than light then we would actually be there in the past like what we are seeing now cause what we are seeing is billion of years old so if we compress space and get there in 1 min wouldn't be billion of years in the past and if we see at earth we'll see what earth looked like in the past from there and if we again compressed space and travelled back to earth then wouldn't we be in past way back ? And if we use time dilation to fast forward in time and get to where we want in future (technically in past) . So is it possible to travel back in time I know there is no wrap technology but theoretically it is possible isn't it to bend space ?

Oh YES! But here's the thing, we can do it when we sleep. I don't know how and why I do it, but been doing it since I was lile 5. I'd like to know how some of us can and some can't. I wonder if it has to do with our Dna which very well be of advanced nature. When my late grandfather was in the hospital dying of lung cancer, I was by his side but not physically. Somehow I time traveled to be by his side, I was holding his hand and was crying 😢I knew of this 5 yrs ago(50 then)but not just that, I've been in other timelines where I help catching criminals who walk around like normal in this timeline. This man I met about 4 yrs ago was a serial killer in another timeline and since I helped bringing him to justice there, here he became bound to a wheelchair by a paralysis. Maybe that's a possibility. But as long as you're doing a time thing.i would think you would want to go forward to see what's going to be. But it seems like there is just more of the same but in a different way and situation at that time. Meaning : like a movie that's done with the same script but done by different actor's. Or a car that's like one of the past but better with the technology. To me there is so much that hasn't been thought of yet that would make things better but at the same time making it better for humanity. One of The problem with the world today is. The more advanced we seem to get. The more humans forget where they were at a time and it's all about themselves and certain self-centered ways to get over on the one's that still haven't gotten where they should be. Not to say the hand outs to everyone that doesn't deserve it is the answer, because That's just what is happening now and that just makes it harder for the one's that have to pay for that somewhere down the road. That’s right, in the example from the video it’s called a one way time travel, you wouldn’t have the chance to go back in time to your origin timeline.

See, the problem here is the assumption that time is ONE dimension of space-time. Time, like space, is actually 3-dimensional. But, we’re only capable of perceiving that one, linear dimension. We’re we able to perceive, and access, the second of time’s 3 dimensions, we would be able to easily shift forwards and backwards through time. Add in the third temporal dimension, and we’d be able to shift “sideways” into alternate timelines. Ancient Greek mathematicians understood the concept, but only bits of their knowledge remain. It’s a puzzle with many missing pieces.
I genuinely think that those concepts of time fall within speculative physics.

Relativistic rules apply sporadically, if at all, on the quantum level. No complete answer has yet emerged on how to integrate quantum mechanics with relativity, but the studies are ongoing, and much has been learned. My own theories are exactly that, theories. I have yet to prove, or disprove, my hypothesis. But, it is a jumping off point, and telling others might spark ideas I have not thought of myself. But, there aren’t enough of those clues to support that. If you are a student, perhaps you will be part of finding the answer to fitting QT into GTR, and/or ST. I see time travel as you could go to an alternate timeline and do things that were meant to happen (last of present), but you can't change what has happened.
The big hurdle would be finding a close enough timeline and it's position in space considering the universe is expanding and we are rotating a star, rotating a black hole.
I love the analogy of the time traveller who steps over a time zone dimarkation and back again to 'travel in time'. I know that is not representative of time travelling per se, but at least it's fun.

9:42. This is theoretically incorrect as you can see the Big Bang due to light travel. If you have a telescope powerful enough (some people think James Webb’s is good enough for such a task) that can see as far as the universe’s age, you can technically see what the Big Bang looked like thanks to the way light travels.
It is possible to see the past, in fact it’s impossible to theoretically see the present due to how light works and how fast neuro transmissions to the brain are.

To see the light from the past, which is still travelling at its current speed, its almost impossible to place a telescope in front of the way of the light. And if we are thinking of doing this, then we need something which is faster then the speed of light to place the telescope at the correct location.

the number one problem is location, we can calculate where the earth will be in the future but we don't have the parameters for how the universe is moving, so going forward in time and staying on earth seems very unlikely.
if we were to be able to travel forward it would be to a point unknown,
that being said if we were able to travel forwards then micro steps forward may reveal a path we could calculate to bigger steps with the possability of predicting where in relationship to earth
The first statement in the video was very interesting to me.. what if that's true, that time travel to the past is possible but it's tied to your cellular state so you can't travel back past the date of your birth because time before that doesn't exist for you, the traveler, without some sort of shielding.

TIME is fascinating. I worked the subway stations for nearly 10 years. From one end of the city to the other. Every so often I would notice the city would be saying that, "Today just flew by" or "The day was just dragging along." How can an entire city complain about the same TIME paradox unless it was effected by it. Maybe a TIME distorted bubble the earth passes through in its revolution around the sun. Maybe random waves of TIME distortion hitting the earth? Maybe they're randomly given off by the sun. Maybe they're from outside our Terran system and reach us in intervals. ???? There is SO MUCH MORE to TIME than we realize. TI-I-I-IME, is on my side. Yes, it is!

I have always thought that if you could travel forwards and backwards through time, paradoxically, the past and the future would cease to exist. If I travel to the past to visit my grandfather, for me it would be a trip to the past but for him it would not be like that. It would be someone who comes from the future to the present. Which of the two would be right? I think both. I think that being able to travel in time, the past, the present and the future would become a whole long line of alternative present. Not thinking in the past and future, but rather in a long present line may be a key to achieving such a feat. Cheers

I understand that if an observer, say on earth, was to view a moving traveler in space, the travelers clock would appear to be moving slower than the observers. I know this is a way for the traveler to travel into the future. Knowing that, if the traveler was to move very close to the speed of light, when he returned to earth, he would have aged much less than observer, that would seem to indicate that the observers clock, as viewed by the traveler, would have been moving faster than the travelers. As an example, if I knew that for one second on my clock, you age one day, it would appear to me that your clock would be moving very rapidly, like a high speed picture book. However, I know this is not the case in terms of clocks (both appear to be moving slowly, because, as I understand it, there is no preferred frame of reference). From what I’ve heard, the time dilation effect kicks in due to acceleration and deacceleration. It’s unclear to me as to why this occurs. Can you explain it? Thanks very much.

Time is just a way of measuring change. Time exists in the same way that feet exist in measuring distance. We can't un-change anything that has already changed (AKA the "Past") but we can determine the Future by our actions in the Present.

You are all wondering about the paradox of who is the author of the book, well the book comes from the future and was brought back to the past and was given to the supposed writer of that book where he gets impressed by it and rewrites it and takes it as his own work. Well, there are many possible conditions before I can give an answer to that, first is that there is no author since it is a loop.
Next is, the real author of the book is the one who rewrote it and given that he had previous ideas prior to the book's content publication and he now can easily recreate those ideas and turn it into a writing because he now has a guide.
Another thing is that the person who brings the book mistakenly gives it away to someone, some authors do not want their real identity to be published and instead they use different names and addresses.
Lastly, the real author might already have a draft of the book and chooses to not publish it.

At 3:52 you say that the time for the astronauts slows down and the astronaut will be younger than the other twin on the Earth, but what about the Earths gravity? Doesn't being near a heavy object slows down the passage of the time also? Does it depend on the speed of the object orbiting the Earth? Which effect makes the time slow down more?
It's gravity that has the largest effect. It's just there distance from earth that causes the change in time for them.

If we were to manipulate time we just had to alter our emotional state, cause when we are sad Or working hard it goes so slow and the exact opposite while we are happy. Everything state's with our brain. You could also create objects with the ability to travel into the past, and that would violate the law of conservation of mass. Say I have a coin. I pick up the coin from a tabel and bring it with me into my time machine. I then travel to the past, set the coin down on the table next to the "original" coin and I leave it there. In essence I've just created another coin
You'd actually be creating matter from nothing every time you travel to the past. When I travel backwards in time I'm carrying with me the air in my lungs and the air in the machine. When I open the door to my machine some of the air in it would go out, and when I exhale I'm putting particles into the system. Even transporting a single atom to the past would be creating matter.

How do we know time exist ? Maybe time does not exist at all and it's a human "invention" to measure the day and night simply because that event we translate it as time going forward.

Time and times again. As what time is by a standard way to have a guideline for those that need a way to measure. With out a measurement of time. How would we know how to plan. As time goes by, intelligence gets to the now part of what is known as the moment. But my opinion of how long time is. Is that of what the mind knows of. That is a opinion to each self as to that answer. As for books and movies. They seem to be of thoughts that are manifested into a scenario of adventures of both what is and what's not. As in todays moments a lot of attention is to what seem to be but is not. Meaning: My opinions are of course just that that seems to be of each given situation and moment.Some are straight up BS. Meaning the fake news is so much of this world today, it is unbelievable.At the same time some is true. And somethings are just thoughts put into people head for a way to have other's believe in something or like they do or just for the money prophets one makes by promoting what ever. Good music is what I like to believe in as the lyrics and Harmony of that of has now been a tool to somewhat be as reliable as a book in my opinion. For as we see and hear we can't always be fact in the future. Sad but it looks like the thought of what to leave in and what to leave out is just opinion on what one is to really believe. I believe in thinking outside the box and not being so opinionated that someone's opinion is better to have known than not. We're not living in 4d we're only perceiving 6d and space and time is not 1d it is its own and it is conscious as why would it not let travel in time. and the pyramids are related to the future. I wonder if anyones considered that its a fixed path. The Loop Consumes itself, IF you went back in time it theoretically means you've already done it and nothing has changed beyond your lack of awareness of the events. It time is not linear perhaps is fluidic, it will follow the momentum of the space it needs to fill and or the originating force. The only structure that comes to mind is a Klien Bottle, constant flow over an endless surface . Like someone made a Klien bottle snow globe and all the bits and pieces sent flying through this loop by the initial pour we have an un even mix in our drink, even the temperature of the galaxy is a little funky. Time could also simply be the perception of momentum at scale, faster you are you might be keeping up with the galatic momentum of the big bang the greater the time dilation the closer you come to matching its speed.
Traveling back requires knowing the origin and direction of this momentum and then some how counteract or piece?phase ? Some how remove the hold physics has on you.
Also following the theory of Time and gravity being momentum leftover from the Big Bang, in order to counteract that momentum and travel back you need equal energy to simply STOP or greater to got back meaning, whom ever goes back in time will have likley destroyed the 'timeline' they have come from due the amount of energy needed to do so.
