This is why I bought so many airline stocks when they plummeted. I knew the industry would recover nicely
My friend bought $5,000 of AMC theater stock. It's now worth $35,000. Crazy!
@@erikh9991 please tell me your friend sold it recently 💀
What did you think we were all going to take a boat to go to Europe or Asia.
I can't wait to see the New upgrades for USA Airports my thumbs up to them 100% keep going America!!!!
Orlando is getting a new International terminal called Terminal C and it opens later this year for International flights and JetBlue. Trenton, NJ is getting a new modern airport terminal with four gates in fall 2024. Philadelphia in the late 2020s.
miami needs an upgrade
Ticket prices going up due to fuel prices. Pilot and staffing shortages just getting started. Cancelations coming soon. I’m going to wait on the travel for a bit.
Kansas City will have a new airport in time for the next time the World Cup is in the U.S. That should make everything up to date in Kansas City
I remember having a layover in SeaTac and thinking it was awesome, I got home to NY a few hours later and thought exactly the opposite
I'm surprised that the olympics wasn't mentioned as well. LA is hosting in 28 and lets be real, they needed an upgrade to the airport to handle the increase of traffic for those few weeks.
the tram reminds me of the tampa airport
Disappointed Miami's not on the reno list 🤮
Fll is also growing bigger especially delta
LA and NYC airports need better connection to public transport. Look at Chicago, so easy to hop on the train and reach downtown or transfer between airports
_Look at Chicago, so easy to hop on the train and reach downtown or transfer between airports_ ...huh??? It's 30 miles from O'Hare to Midway, it takes at least 90 minutes and requires a transfer.
Unless you want to pay $60 for an Uber.
Love DL & Bastian, only issue is getting to LAX
Ironic that MCI in Kansas City, Missouri, built in the 1970s and is ready to open a brand new airport in 2023, is not mentioned.
There will always be LAX/L.A. haters. I'm surprised nobody has commented yet that they prefer to sleep on a bed of nails than to travel thru LAX.
This is awesome I am heading to see family back East in April and am hoping for a smooth trip to and from said visit…. What terminal is Delta in? I’ve only ever did American up till now but wanted to try something different this time.
Delta uses Terminal 2 and 3 at LAX. Terminal 3 is the one that is receiving the complete overhaul, and terminal 2 is receiving a new check in area.
@@mjaviation17 thank you, which side should I go to as a departure? Is one better than the other?
@@tiffanysanchez9184 T3 just got completed rebuilt (it’s been closed since COVID) so I would definitely use T3. I hated T2 because how cramped it was but I’ve heard they will begin upgrading soon. If I remember correctly, most of the Delta Connection flights flew out of T3 (ie E175 flights to San Diego, Oakland, Phoenix, Tucson, and Eugene to name a few). I am not sure how it will be since they redid everything, but I would assume the same. Look for flights labeled “Delta Connection” or “Delta operated by _____”
I’ll post here when I find out more information. Actually, I’d be happy to reach out to you personally to help you find what flights would be out of each terminal for Delta.
I believe all midsize and large US cities need to invest more in upgrades and improvements for their major airports and its infrastructure. It is only beneficial for travelers and airport employees to have more modernized airports to travel from and work in
Is it bigger than DFW airport in passengers would like to know maybe not. Very nice airport.
Keep it going!
About time this world-class nation is getting an upgrade.
Meanwhile April 11th, Columbia University in nyc reinstated a mask mandate and the city of Philly did too
LAX closed down every single terminal in the airport and put all domestic and international flights in one. So you have thousands of people and COVID spreading around because everybody was packed like sardines over the last 2 years that I've flown Delta. I've been to 17 different countries and that's the worst airport I've ever been to.
This is false. All the terminals were open except 3. Some were suspended for upgrades but most stayed the same. It would’ve been impossible to cram all the flights into one terminal.
@@mjaviation17 it's not false. You can ask the millions who have traveled through lax the past 2 years. You have planes coming and going to China next to another going to Arizona. Everybody waiting to board and disembarking, sitting next to each other. That's how things spread. They shouldn't have been doing that.
@@spacexdragonchicken It May seem that way from someone on the outside, but it’s quite different when you know how the airport works. I actually flew into LAX this past summer, so I do know. Delta parks with other delta aircraft in T2, and Southwest park with Southwest in T1. United parks in T7 and T8. No airline shares that same terminal unless they are partners (WestJet is with Delta at T2). The only time you saw the flight to Arizona parked next to a flight to China is in the Tom Bradley International Terminal where all the international airlines do park. Plus, all the US carriers park their international flights there and just board the next flight from the same gate to save time and money. Example:
Delta 221 from Cabo lands and parks at TBIT. That same plane will fly to Seattle next. Instead of towing the plane to T2 they will just shuttle the Seattle passengers to TBIT to board.
I hope this gives some clarification.
@@spacexdragonchicken I travel regularly through LAX and have been for the past 2 years. It's false. Multiple terminals have always been open.
Good job Pci workers
Now it should be LGA's turn for Delta
I am willing to pay more if they get rid of the middle seat or widen the seats. Tired that they shrink the width and adding more rows.
Do you want that to happen you are going to have to split the cost with the seat on the other side of you to make up for that middle seat missing so prepare for your ticket to jump in price significantly. Needless to say that will never happen if you want more space in a seat upgrade to business or first or like a comfort plus slightly upgraded seat if the airline provides it.
@@aaronlimitless You seriously want the seats to get smaller? You do realize that they are putting our lives at risk when they make it small. It is required by the FAA to be able to get all passengers out by a certain amount of time. They add more seats and shrink them at the same time. I'm sorry, but if you want to risk your life that's fine by you, but i rather off stay alive.
@@coolnetthere2791 so how is me pointing out that something an airline won’t do makes me want that to happen? Where in the message did I ever say that I wanted the seats to get smaller
It’s called first class
As a big time traveler, I love Ed's response to, "do passengers really want a better airport experience?"
You bet we do!
Luv it
Time to get back to life
Until the mid-term elections at least.
Everyone come down to BELIZE. Amazing crystal clear water with thr second largest barrier reef in the world. Blue hole. Then on the mainland amazing wild life. Beautiful blooming plants everywhere. There is pineforest amazing water falls and the mayan ruin its a must for anyones bucket list. So much more todo then the frw things i mentioned.
