Similar experience for me too. From K20 Pro to Nothing Phone 2. I'm satisfied with it, but I really miss Headphones Jack.

Since when you're using that screen guard and any unexpected bubbles here and there?
What about any scratches /dents in the sides of the phone if you use it without a cover?

The front screen protector is still going good, the back one lost its glueyness because I take my phone case off multiple times a week but it's good. If you do buy it, make sure you leave the phone for a few hours for the glue to really stick to it, I didn't maybe that's why mine isn't sticking too well
How did you add that Spiderman logo in the AOD screen?
Gonna ask an odd question. On the Phone 2, does your Facebook app act weird when you try to like things? Sometimes they pop up and sometimes they don't. I have to completely close out the app and start it up again.
Sorry can't answer that because I don't use Facebook app on my phone, but maybe others can help you :)
Happens on my ipad pro and sometimes on my laptop. Might be a facebook bug maybe?
When my Galaxy Watch 4 is connected to the NP2 and if I get a call and whenever I answer the call through my Galaxy Watch 4, the call gets directed to the watch (the caller voice is heard on the watch). Have you found any solution to this?
That's the way it's supposed to work. If you answer from the watch then the call would be directed to the Watch's speaker and microphone. If you don't want that, you can hit the direct to phone button after picking up the call :)
Did you record the voiceover for this video with the Nothing Phone 2 ? I had heard complaints about the microphone quality and thus wanted to clarify.
Yes, it's all recorded with the voice recorder app on the NP2

I've used NP2 since launch. End of the day I can summarise it to this. If you want a unique experience with functional and powerful hardware and constant attention to software, and for a very obtainable price over the competition. Truth is the NP2 is a very good phone for most people. Any shortfalls it has are easily mitigated by its price. It's not a S23 or a iPhone 15 pro/max. But in reality it's very close and got it where it matters. And I honestly would argue although it's a different phone then the pixel 8 series, it easily holds its own if you go by performance and meaningful software updates.

does cameras stutters while taking photos and video in broad sunlight, also mic quality while taking videos, pls reply as im confused between this op11R
You can check the mic quality, this video uses the unedited audio from the voice recorder app on the NP2
I haven't seen unusual stutters in camera although capturing multiple back to back shots would require some processing time for HDR photos
I've used the Oneplus 11r and I'd prefer the phone 2 over it, I like the design and build quality better, the software is much cleaner and I honestly don't like how newer oneplus devices look like, but I'd suggest to use one in stores and see for yourself :)

This phone really lacks though. Missing customisation options, missing spatial audio software support, no Dolby Atmos (seriously wtf), no HDR on Netflix. Kinda disappointed with Nothing. The night performance of camera isn't worth the price. HDR processing is a hit or miss. They are adding features which can wait but won't add those which should be there

if this phone had a x5 telephoto camera, even a 3x would do, I would have bought it already.
I'd buy this phone if it had IP68, 54 isn't enough for my usage unfortunately.

Which charger is good for charging?
I'm using the Official nothing charger 45w. It's good. You can also use the cmf power 65w

Is NP2 12/256gb worth @36K?
I was concerned about 8 plus gen 1 in 2024.
And mostly my usage will be more on gaming and 📸. (Although phone doesn't has any cooling or liquid elemts for reducing the heat)
Would be great if I could get some suggestions from you on this. 😊
I bought the phone 2 a couple of months ago and this is my experience
The software is seamless, its very snappy and the animations are clean and fast, so much so it will be hard to switch to another phone.
The chip is not an issue at all, games run smoothly and with no heating issue at all, the only time it heated up a little was when i was giving 5g hotspot to my lap while downloading 120gigs,
The camera is normal, its not the top of the market nor is it at the bottom the consistency lacks a bit, it can produce incredibly good photos but on the very next shot it might miss. If you solely want a camera experience dont go for this phone at the price range go for a pixel. But boy the quality of life you get with the phone is unbeatable at the price. The build quality the interface and the speed are top notch. The screen is good but you can get a better screen at this price. Also the software updates are very consistent and the community is great.
