Hi Nik! Solid choices. I carry a multicolor pen when I carry a notebook or datebook. More function in about the same size. You mentioned cords, but why not add a powerbank? There are many lightweight but high-capacity powerbanks available these days. And I always throw a multitool in my backpack. Because you might need to fix something. I also keep a small spray bottle of alcohol. And of course you know I'd have a flashlight. Olight Arkfeld, Rovyvon E30, Nitecore EDC27 or a Coast Slayer. Something flat like that.
I don't carry a powerbank because of my good habit to keep my electronics charged in advance. So, it's mostly for my laptop, which can run out of battery If the work is intense. A tablet and a phone can easily go through a day without dropping batter too low. But, I feel that you are waaaay more thoughtful abour your EDC. Anyway, you know the scenario for every item in your list, so I am really happy that you can make the most out of them. That somehow makes you a minimalist too, though you didn't intent to be the one haha
@@nikitsol I carry the minimum that I think that I need, so in that sense maybe. But the minimum I think I need includes a backup of almost everything (small light, large light; small SAK, large SAK; keys, backup keys...). I think a true minimalist trusts that the one item they have for each task will be enough. But that's my own definition.
Happy to see that it's not just me that likes to carry physical notebooks :) two other things I like to carry in my sling pack: some sort of hand wipes (habit from the covid pandemic) and whatever book i'm reading at the moment (i guess you could have something like that on the ipad, but i prefer to have physical books). Cheers Nik, great video!
Thanks for your feedback, Felipe. Hand wipes is a good move. Sometimes I carry them as well, but it's not a rule for me so I might even suffer from not taking them along haha. I read from my phone. It's screen resolution (6.5 in I guess) is enough for me to read with comfort, so it's been a long time since I read an actual physical book lol. But, I remember those days when I did the same way. It's always a better option to read a paper book, than to read from the screen. So, totally get your motivation. For me it's about weight and pleasure. And at most times, weight wins hehe
Occasionally. It depends on how long I will be away from home and what activities I will be doing. If it's not for too long, I won't be using a snack. But, if it's a whole day I not only take a snack, but eat out somewhere as well. What about you?
@@Mileko-fv5pb Good for you, mate. I eat healthy stuff 80% of the week to achieve my sports goals. But, I preserve those 20% on eating out, when I have to. Anyway, eating out might be healthy too. But, having something with you can help you to avoid long breaks between meals. So, kudos to you for that!
This one, as far as I remember: www.amazon.com/2018-2022-Baseus-Wireless-Palm-Rejection-Compatible/dp/B0C5XPGNLB But there are tons of them to consider tbh. And, this one costs even less than I said in video now :)
Heavy is not the word. It's solid, hence it has a durable material, which has a weight. So it might be slightly heavier when you first grab it. But, when you fill it with stuff, it magically appears light on your back.
@@josef6126 I don't have it so far. Though I am developing this idea for the future when I get a little more audience. Meanwhile, you can always email me or drop a message in IG. Please, check my channel descriptions to find the details :)
This one so far is the true minimalist edc video I have seen on RUclips. Most edc videos carry expensive gadgets.
Because those are my actual personal things. No strings attached. Just the way I actually go out. Cheers, brother ;)

yet most realistic edc
Super happy to hear that 😌🙏
Nice backpack and the way you pack it while going out to work 👍
Appreciate the feedback 🙏
The actually used EDC! Awesome.
Super happy that you loved it. Thank you! :)
1 like = 1 push up
Settled. Give me 1,000 of them or 10,000 of them and... I am not sure if I do it 😂 But I will try anyway.
94 so far! Lol
Yay, finally a youtube channel i really need 😂
Sooooo happy to hear that 😊 let me know if you have any particular things you would love to hear about in the future. I will take that into account :)
"Old people?" That was a slap to my 38 yr old self. 😜
38 is definitely not old. It’s still young in my world perception 😌✌️ btw It’s “all people”, not “old people” in the beginning of the video 😂
@nikitsol LOL. Shows I really am rocking an ear infection.
Do you put a snack in other than gum? Like a protein bar?

@@nikitsol, i always at least carry a protein bar and some type of healthy snack. I try not to eat out.

Good!
Thank you 💪
a flashlight n victorinox
A good addition. Though I have a flashlight on my phone, I try to rely on it. But, having a backup is not a bad idea at all 🔥
what exactly is this bottle? is it made of glass?
Yeah it’s made of glass and it was bought in Decathlon in yoga section :)
what alternative apple pencil is that?

Like for Victorinox ❤
Thank you, Kamil! Glad we are on the same page :)
Is the backpack itself heavy?

sir, I like your content
I really appreciate it, Josef. Hope you are catching up for more 😌🙏
