I bought one of these the other day to use with my cover band. I have a Spector Legend Classic but unfortunately it sounds terrible. My gripes with it are: The compressor is easy to sensitive even when it's all the way down. The fuzz sounds horrible and mushy. The preamp section breaks up too much when the gain is slightly turned up. The only good thing that works well on this pedal is the higher octaver. Not sure why they'd put a two octave lower option. There is no need for it. Should have been an octave higher. Anyway, after using it for a couple of days I'm going to have to sell it. I don't recommend this pedal for an active bass especially for a bass with extra hot pickups like active Spectors. Going back to my Caline Wine Cellar preamp/drive pedal.
Sorry if this is a dull question. With the Di out, can I run that into a XLR input on my focusrite interface or should I run it through a DI box first? Also, How have you found recording this from Jack out to jack in on your interface? Thanks again. Any help much appreciated.
This is about $70 shipped. Should I go with it or get a Caline CP-60 DI Box for $33 shipped and get another cheap pedal to go along with it? Im looking mainly to use for recording in fl studio
Stuff I use at Sweetwater: imp.i114863.net/P1KkY
Stuff I use at Thomann: bit.ly/mythomannstore
If it had a good chorus in the chain, and a "non dirty" dry out or blend? It would potentially be perfect.
Great demo man!
Fun for experimentation for sure!

I'd say go for this one, it's basically 4 pedals for $70 and it actually uses very little space.
Please, a guitar demo just for fun hehehe
cool, would love to hear in that in a mix
uum, thats what I did in the beginning of the video?
