      @@swtladyy16 yes mam minimum 580 credit score, no closing cost, down payment would be 3.5% of the purchase price.. and that’s all you need is your down payment. Prices start at 288k and finish at 334k .. if I can help please let me know!

    So I toured the same layout in Talisa De CULEBRa neighborhood, and it was much nicer dual sinks, nice wood floors, longer entry way, more windows, high ceilings, arch ways and I don’t know it seems like more details and effort were put into it then the ones here in Medina. Any reason for that?

      Yes, some Communites have different FINISHES to their homes. They have same floor plans but different finishes

    Is the school district in this area decent? Also what are the HOA fees?

      School district is great 🙌🏽✅ and also HOA fees are $30 per month, but LGI homes pays for the HOA for your entire first year! Text / call / email me.. I’d be more than happy to help!

    People do your research and run as far away from LGI homes as possible!
