Sir if suppose we are doing ndt technician,then how can we go higher level like ispector,coordinator with out having any btech certificates .is there any possible

You can be Inspector with experience and with a degree ....without engineering you can be inspector...Try to get degree certificate in any stream...Degree is formality purpose but experience and company make you inspector and coordinator..All the best

Thank you sir for giving a best suggestions... But small dout sir, how much experience will required to go for foreign country's. And also to become an inspector... After completing ndt technician...

Foreign companies require minimum of 1 year of experience in field of NDT and for becoming a inspector you should be fully skilled , you should work as group technician in-charge , coordinator or team leader...after this you have to impress level-3 with your skills then you level-3 or company give the position of inspector...here how time you take to achieve this you have to decide that is the experience required to become a inspector..
